“I have been staying at this hotel for years. I am probably one of their better customer's, and I had booked a reservation for Sunday and could not make it becauee I have Parkinson's, fell in my kitchen, and fractured my shoulder! I called to cancel my reservation for Sunday (more than 24 hour notice) and the GEM of a lady at the desk would not allow me to cancel, yelled at me, and told me if Iknew how many times people did this, she would not allow me to cancel and told me I would be charged? DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They discriminate against people with disabilities! In all my years of business! I have never had anything like this happen or treated this way!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I fracured my shoulder and can't travel and this is how they treat you!!! This is NO WAY to treat a GREAT long term customer!!!!!! Will now take my business over 20 nights a year! to The Holiday Inn Express!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!”

“Most of the staff are very friendly. The hotel is kept very clean. However, there is a funky smell that permeates. Staff blamed it on an ill wind, but I have stayed at every hotel on that block before and none of them have a funky smell.”
