Reservar um quarto king na primeira noite e um quarto king jacuzzi na segunda noite. A primeira noite não havia água quente às 18h, nem água quente às 10h da manhã seguinte. Reclamou com a equipe da recepção. A gerência deveria ligar na segunda-feira de manhã e ninguém ligou. Agora é quarta-feira. Mudou-se para o quarto com jacuzzi king e as condições eram horríveis. Tirei várias fotos. A cama tinha manchas em todos os lugares. O papel de parede do banheiro estava caindo. A bateria do detector de fumaça estava pendurada. Não havia ferro. Parecia haver vários vazamentos no teto que tinham remendos ruins. Eu gostaria de ter mudado de quarto, mas eles estavam esgotados. Paguei US$ 177 por noite. Eu dormi em cima das cobertas porque era tão nojento.

La primera noche no había agua caliente a las 6 de la tarde, ni agua caliente a las 10 de la mañana del día siguiente. Se quejó al personal de recepción. Se suponía que la gerencia llamaría el lunes por la mañana y nadie ha llamado. Ahora es miércoles. Me mudé a la habitación king con jacuzzi y las condiciones eran horribles. Tomé varias fotos. La cama tenía manchas por todas partes. El empapelado del baño se estaba despegando. La batería del detector de humo estaba colgando. No había hierro. Parecía haber varias goteras en el techo que tenían parches defectuosos. Me hubiera gustado cambiar de habitación, pero se agotaron. Pagué $177 por noche. Dormí encima de las sábanas porque era muy asqueroso.

Booked a king room the first night and a king jacuzzi room the second night. The first night there was no hot water at 6pm, nor no hot water at 10am the next morning. Complained to the desk staff. Management was supposed to call Monday morning and no one has called. It’s now Wednesday. Moved into the king jacuzzi room and the conditions were awful. I took several pictures. The bed had stains on it everywhere. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. The battery in the smoke detector was hanging out. There was no iron. There looked to have been several leaks in the ceiling that had bad patch jobs. I would’ve liked to have moved rooms, but they were sold out. I paid $177 a night. I slept on top of the covers because it was so disgusting.

Gosto do cheiro agradável ao entrar na instalação. O nosso quarto foi atualizado para uma sala de hidromassagem que foi muito apreciado. Todos os jatos na banheira não funcionavam e a banheira drenava extremamente devagar. Esqueci de avisar o gerente. O serviço foi de primeira qualidade.

Me gusta el olor agradable al entrar en las instalaciones. Nuestra habitación fue mejorada a una habitación con bañera de hidromasaje, lo cual fue muy apreciado. Todos los chorros de la bañera no funcionaban y la bañera se drenaba muy lentamente. Me olvidé de decirle al gerente. El servicio fue de primera categoría.

I like the nice smell when entering the facility. Our room was upgraded to a hot tub room which was greatly appreciated. All the jets in the tub did not work and the tub drained extremely slow. I forgot to tell the manager. Service was top notch.

Escapada con el marido! Las habitaciones estaban limpias, bien abastecidas y el personal era muy amable. El desayuno fue genial! Y los mayores fueron asombrosos en la mañana. Me sentí muy bienvenido. Definitivamente lo haré de nuevo.

Getaway with the hubby! Rooms were clean well stocked and staff was very friendly! Breakfast was terrific! And the greater were amazing in the morning. Felt very welcome. Definitely will do it again.

Meus maridos e eu ficamos em muitos lugares e você pode dizer quando a equipe realmente se preocupa com as pessoas que ficam aqui. Os quartos são limpos. A equipe realmente dedica um tempo para colocar tudo no lugar para os hóspedes e isso realmente mostra. O café da manhã é bom e eles sempre têm café quente ou chá com biscoitos o tempo todo. A equipe parece ser mais como uma família. Eles precisam de uma pequena atualização, mas, como eu disse, os quartos são limpos e sem insetos, caso contrário, não estaríamos aqui por 5 meses. Os hóspedes e as crianças precisam pensar nos outros enquanto correm e gritam nos corredores. Deus abençoe e obrigado.

Experiência fantástica neste local. Excelente serviço, instalações limpas, banheira de hidromassagem e piscina que estão abertas para uso, o primeiro excelente serviço de café da manhã que tive desde o início do COVID. Biscoitos de cortesia no balcão fizeram minha noite. Eu recomendo este local para famílias jovens com crianças.

Fantástica experiencia en este lugar. Excelente servicio, instalaciones limpias, bañera de hidromasaje y piscina en funcionamiento que están abiertas para su uso, el primer excelente servicio de desayuno que he tenido desde que comenzó COVID. Las galletas de cortesía en el mostrador me alegraron la noche. Recomiendo este lugar para familias jóvenes con niños.

Mis esposos y yo nos hemos alojado en muchos lugares y se nota cuando el personal realmente se preocupa por las personas que se hospedan aquí. Las habitaciones están limpias. El personal realmente se toma el tiempo para poner todo en su lugar para los invitados y realmente se nota. El desayuno es bueno y siempre tienen café o té caliente con galletas todo el tiempo. El personal parece ser más como una familia. Necesitan un poco de renovación, pero como dije, las habitaciones están limpias y libres de errores si, de lo contrario, no estaríamos aquí por 5 meses. Los invitados y los niños deben pensar en los demás mientras corren y gritan en los pasillos. Dios te bendiga y gracias.

My husbands and I have stayed many places and you can tell when staff really cares about the people they have staying here. The rooms are clean. The staff really take the time to put everything into place for the guests and it really shows. Breakfast is good and they always have hot coffee or tea with cookies all the times. The staff seems to be more like a family. They do need a little updating but like I said the rooms are clean and bug free if other wise we would not be here for 5 months. Guests and there children need to think of others as they run and scream in the hallways. God Bless and Thank you.

Fantastic experience at this location. Excellent service, clean facilities, working hot tub and pool which are open to use, the first excellent breakfast service I've had since COVID started. Complimentary cookies at the counter made my night. I recommend this location for young families with children.

Nenhuma surpresa aqui são as pessoas que tornam este lugar cinco estrelas, o quarto estava bem com geladeira e microondas. Mas as pessoas são fantásticas todas as perguntas que tivemos foram respondidas facilmente, fomos capazes de pegar um transporte fornecido pelo hotel para o Centro Cívico para ver um concerto, havia um total de 8 a 10 de nós sem nenhum custo. Eles também nos pegaram no final do show, com pouco ou nenhum tempo de espera, forneceram um café da manhã maravilhoso por dois dias, o local estava excepcionalmente limpo e bem cuidado, obrigado Country Inns and Suites por uma viagem tão maravilhosa

No sorprende que aquí sea la gente la que hace que este lugar sea de cinco estrellas, la habitación estaba bien con una nevera y un microondas. Pero la gente es fantástica. Cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos fue respondida fácilmente. Pudimos tomar un servicio de transporte proporcionado por el hotel al Centro Cívico para ver un concierto. Había un total de 8 a 10 de nosotros sin cargo. También nos recogieron al final del espectáculo con poco o ningún tiempo de espera. Brindaron un desayuno maravilloso durante dos días. El lugar estaba excepcionalmente limpio y bien cuidado. Gracias Country Inns and Suites por un viaje tan maravilloso.

Excelente servicio, áreas comunes limpias, habitaciones limpias. ¡Atención al detalle durante la limpieza de las habitaciones! ¡Buena selección en el desayuno y buenas horas de desayuno los fines de semana! Great service, clean common areas, clean rooms! Attention to detail while cleaning the rooms! Good selection at breakfast and good breakfast hours on the weekends! We were in town for a softball tournament , we will stay again next time we are in the area!!

No surprise here it's the people that make this place five stars the room was okay with a fridge and a microwave. But the people are fantastic any questions we had were answered easily we were able to take a shuttle provided by the hotel to the Civic Center to see a concert there was a total of 8 to 10 of us at no charge. They also picked us up at the end of the show with little to no waiting time provided a wonderful breakfast for two days the place was exceptionally clean and well taken care of thank you Country Inns and Suites for such a wonderful trip
