“Meus maridos e eu ficamos em muitos lugares e você pode dizer quando a equipe realmente se preocupa com as pessoas que ficam aqui. Os quartos são limpos. A equipe realmente dedica um tempo para colocar tudo no lugar para os hóspedes e isso realmente mostra. O café da manhã é bom e eles sempre têm café quente ou chá com biscoitos o tempo todo. A equipe parece ser mais como uma família. Eles precisam de uma pequena atualização, mas, como eu disse, os quartos são limpos e sem insetos, caso contrário, não estaríamos aqui por 5 meses. Os hóspedes e as crianças precisam pensar nos outros enquanto correm e gritam nos corredores. Deus abençoe e obrigado.”

“Booked a king room the first night and a king jacuzzi room the second night. The first night there was no hot water at 6pm, nor no hot water at 10am the next morning. Complained to the desk staff. Management was supposed to call Monday morning and no one has called. It’s now Wednesday. Moved into the king jacuzzi room and the conditions were awful. I took several pictures. The bed had stains on it everywhere. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. The battery in the smoke detector was hanging out. There was no iron. There looked to have been several leaks in the ceiling that had bad patch jobs. I would’ve liked to have moved rooms, but they were sold out. I paid $177 a night. I slept on top of the covers because it was so disgusting.”
