It is rated as 4 star but I would say more like poor stars. The double bed was tiny, I have slept in bigger single beds. Our room was outdated. The window area was very dirty and not been cleaned in what looked like years. We asked for some fresh milk for our tea and were given a full jug which was a waste but credit to the staff it arrived very quickly. Bed was uncomfortable with no space. The staff were helpful though. I must admit I didn't complain due to time constraints. It has the potential to be a great hotel, it just needs some TLC

An excellent four day stay. Our room was clean and spacious. Reception were excellent at check in and on departure. The breakfast team were outstanding. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

É um hotel antigo, mas era limpo e arrumado.Ventilador de teto no quarto, mas sem ar-condicionado, tão barulhento quanto a janela aberta (o ar-condicionado seria uma boa ideia, especialmente quando liguei e perguntei e fui informado que eles tinham quartos com ar-condicionado), mais tarde me avisou que estavam errados , mas os funcionários foram prestativos e me deram um quarto quando necessário.Bom sinal de Internet, o quarto estava limpo. A cama era de casal, mas era pequena, por isso não muito confortável. Com a janela aberta, o sono não era tão bom.O preço era razoável, por isso diria que se você dormir tranquilo, então vá em frente, mas se você gosta de uma cama maior e ar condicionado, escolha outro lugar.

It is an older hotel, but was clean and tidy.Ceiling Fan in the room, but no Air Con, so noisy as the window open, (Air Con would be a good idea, especially as I rang and asked and was told they had rooms with Air Con), later advised me they were wrong, but staff were helpful and gave me a room where required.Good Internet signal, room was clean.The bed was a double, but was small, so not most comfy.With the window open, sleep wasn't that great.The price was reasonable, so would say if you sleep easy, then go for this, but if you like a larger bed, and Air Con, choose elsewhere.

Siempre nos quedamos aquí cuando visitamos Plymouth. Ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y es muy conveniente para la estación de tren y todos los servicios locales. El personal siempre es amable y servicial. Grita a recepción, a la encargada del desayuno y a Alexandra en la barra.

We always stay here when we visit Plymouth. It offers excellent value for money and is very convenient for the train station and all local amenities. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Shout out to reception, the lady in charge at breakfast and Alexandra on the bar.

Ficamos apenas 2 noites. Tive que voltar para casa mais cedo do que o desejado. Bom hotel, cama muito confortável. Pessoal muito agradável. O único problema que tive com a deficiência é que minha esposa (81 anos) e eu (76 anos) tínhamos que retirar nossos casos do hotel por conta própria, pois não havia nenhum funcionário masculino de plantão por volta das 11h de um domingo.

Solo estuve 2 noches. Tuve que regresar a casa antes de lo deseado. Buen hotel, cama muy cómoda. Personal muy agradable. El único problema que experimentamos al ser discapacitados, mi esposa (81 años) y yo (76 años) tuvimos que sacar nuestros casos del hotel nosotros mismos, ya que no había ningún personal masculino de guardia en ese momento alrededor de las 11 a.m. de un domingo por la mañana.

Only stayed 2 nights. Had to return home sooner than wanted. Good hotel, very comfortable bed. Very pleasant staff. Only problem experienced being disabled my wife (81 years)and I (76 years) had to get our cases out of the hotel ourselves as there wasn't any male staff on duty at the time around 11am on a Sunday morning.

Nice hotel, decoração muito agradável nas partes principais do hotel. Quarto precisa de atualização, um pouco cansado, tudo estava impecavelmente limpo em todo o hotel. Bar e restaurante muito bom, jantar agradável e café da manhã foi uma escolha de inglês ou continental. Todos os funcionários, incluindo limpeza foram muito simpáticos e educados. 10/10 vai para a adorável senhora encarregada do serviço de café da manhã esta manhã 10/02/2021 serviço excepcional. Ficaríamos aqui novamente. A única desvantagem foi o estacionamento, uma vez que sabíamos para onde estávamos indo, a recepção forneceu um mapa! Existe uma cobrança!

Bonito hotel, decoración muy bonita en las partes principales del hotel. El dormitorio necesita una reforma, un poco cansado, todo estaba impecablemente limpio en todo el hotel. Bar y restaurante muy agradable, buena cena y el desayuno era una opción de inglés o continental. Todo el personal, incluida la limpieza, fue muy amable y educado. 10/10 va a la encantadora señora a cargo del servicio de desayuno esta mañana 2/10/2021 servicio excepcional. Nos quedaríamos de nuevo. El único inconveniente fue el estacionamiento, una vez que supimos a dónde íbamos, ¡la recepción proporcionó un mapa! ¡Hay un cargo!

El personal es amable, la habitación es decente y espaciosa, con una ducha que me recordó a una poderosa cascada en Islandia, pero todo el lugar necesita un poco de amor y mejoras. No me malinterpretes, nada malo, solo sin querer 90 en su decoración y configuración. ¡Vamos Millennium, gasta un poco de dinero en traerlo al futuro ya que está en una excelente ubicación!

Staff friendly, room decent & spacious, with a shower that reminded me of a powerful waterfall in Iceland, but the whole place needs a little bit of loving, and upgrades. Don't get me wrong, nothing bad, just unintentionally 90s in its decor and setup. C'mon Millennium, spend some dough on bringing it to the future as it's in a great location!

Nice hotel ,decor very nice in main parts of the hotel . Bedroom needs updating , a little tired , every thing was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel . Bar and restaurantvery nice, nice evening meal and breakfastwas a choice of English or continental. All staff including housekeeping werevery friendly and polite . 10/10goes to the lovely lady in charge of breakfast service this morning 2/10/2021exceptionalservice. We wouldstay again . The only slight down side was the parking, once we new where we going, reception provided a map!! There is a charge !

It is a great pleasure to check in this hotel. Feels so good with the ambience and welcome by the staffs. Fantastic place and staff!! The staff are so friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for you. Even moved the plant pot out of the way of the TV for when the football was on for me. Whilst I agree that the rooms are slightly old fashioned it is clear that they are well maintained and that they will be renovated also in line with the rest of the hotel. Food was superb, and I always find something to winge about. Thank you all!!

Very well located hence accessible. Decent hotel, its a basic and little old hotel so basic amenities. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent there. Bed was fine so was room but as mentioned it's an old place so amenities are very basic, toilets are very old and we had an extra fan still it was hot. Good for the price and location.
