“O próprio hotel, Conrad Osaka, é um hotel de altíssima qualidade com fitness, piscina, spa (grande banho comum, sauna) e plano FHR, que é atraente e digno de repetição. No entanto, a coordenação entre a recepção, serviço de quarto e jantar é extremamente baixa, especialmente as pessoas na sala de jantar têm pouca capacidade de entender a história, e não parece ser um hotel 5 estrelas que cobra um serviço Eu senti como se estivesse recusando a marca Conrad. Eu gosto do hotel em si, então espero que você possa fazer uso dele no futuro, mas como a humanidade da equipe é um problema, não vai sarar a menos que você seja demitido, e é uma realidade que você não pode ser demitido por tal coisa.”

“Amazing place for families with kids. Highly recommend! I like everything here: good territory, clean pools, delicious food, free kids club, helpful staff and very good connected rooms with big bathrooms. Also, pets are allowed to be here in this hotel with their owners.”
