A equipe aqui foram extremamente agradável e nós apreciamos a nossa estadia. Este hotel fica a cerca de 30-40 minutos de La Jolla e Cardiff Beach dependendo do tráfego. Minha família provavelmente vai procurar reservar aqui novamente em uma viagem futura. Quando ficamos novamente gostaria de pedir um quarto não backup para a auto-estrada 15 como o tráfego era bastante alto. Eu esperava que o AC para cuidar de algum desse ruído, mas foi tão bem que eu não sabia que estava ligado. O quarto foi impecáveis e decorados com bom gosto. O hotel tinha uma cama de casal com sofá-cama no sofá na "sala de estar" parte da suíte. Isso funcionou bem para a minha família de 5. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi bom e conveniente poupança de tempo. Utilizamos a lavanderia que eles compartilham com o Holiday Inn ao lado para secar as nossas suites e toalhas de nadar.

Este lugar foi OK. Um pouco atropelado. Meu primeiro quarto tinha problemas de aquecimento. Eles me trocaram e o segundo quarto tinha o ventilador mais alto do banheiro, como se estivesse prestes a cair. Os quartos são muito espaçosos embora. Um pouco de um cheiro antigo. Pequeno-almoço gratuito bom agradável, sobre como esperado, o mínimo possível para chamá-lo de um café da manhã quente, mas ainda OK. Localização ao lado da rodovia é incrível embora.

Este hotel foi uma excelente acomodação para o preço. O ruído freeway foi perceptível, mas não esmagadora. A porta do nosso quarto preso, mas a manutenção sempre foi útil se eu não poderia empurrá-lo aberto.Não poderia ser melhor manutenção nas áreas públicas, mas enquanto você não está esperando uma experiência de nível de resort, você estará muito satisfeito.Os quartos no interior são muito agradáveis e bem decorados.

Nunca vou ficar aqui novamente. A localização era perfeita, mas era só isso. Eu fiquei na suíte de 2 quartos que era perfeita para a minha família. Mas o AC não estava funcionando e eles não pareciam se importar, continuavam dizendo como eles apenas $ 800 para consertar e assim por diante ... Quando nós fizemos o check-in às 315pm eles disseram que iriam trazer toalhas para o nosso quarto. Eu tive que ligar às 900pm para pedir toalhas e reclamar do AC. As toalhas foram trazidas, mas nada foi feito sobre o AC. Houve mais problemas com a equipe da recepção e então eu tive que ouvi-los reclamar das coisas. Não foi uma estadia agradável, mas só precisávamos de uma noite. Ah, e o café da manhã era medíocre

A equipe foi simpática, mas os corredores e elevadores não foram mantidos e estão sujos. O carpete do chão da cabine do elevador estava muito manchado. Os pisos pintados dos corredores estão lascados, descascados e sujos. O ar-condicionado estava fraco e eu não conseguia obter a temperatura inferior a 78 graus. Havia um saco plástico no detector de fumaça do ocupante anterior que não foi removido. Meu quarto tinha barulho de rodovia. O café da manhã estava um ou dois graus abaixo do Best Western. Não acho que a avaliação de 3 estrelas seja precisa. O hotel estava lotado, então eu tive que estacionar na parte de trás onde havia restos de peças de carros e restos de um pequeno incêndio, provavelmente de sem-teto? Não me senti seguro deixando meu carro lá. Eu não voltarei.

O serviço de recepção foi muito bom, no entanto, o estacionamento para o hotel era muito limitado. A sala estava descida, mas estava suja. O banheiro não estava limpo, os lençóis da cama cheiravam estranhos e tinham uma sensação de poeira. Eu teria tido uma experiência muito melhor se o quarto fosse devidamente limpo antes do uso. Eles, no entanto, têm café da manhã continental incluído.

O hotel em si é relativamente bom para ficar, exceto por alguns grandes picuinhas. Para começar, os quartos são muito úmidos e metade do tempo o ar condicionado não funciona para que você se sinta bem. As camas são muito desconfortáveis e há uma política estúpida em que a limpeza só limpa as toalhas a cada três dias. Isso é preocupante devido ao estado dos banheiros apertados que sujam o chão rapidamente. Não há muitas opções para o café da manhã fornecido: cereais, iogurte e waffles com um lado de torrada quase rançosa. O proprietário do estabelecimento também é dono do hotel ao lado e parece que o outro hotel começou a ser cuidado mais do que Comfort Suites, se isso faz sentido para você. Consegui em uma linha direta ou em algum site como esse, todo o pátio / piscina completamente destruído e a maioria dos quartos também está em reforma. Muito barulho durante o dia durante a construção. O quarto que tínhamos era espaçoso e parecia um pouco remodelado, mas tinha enormes manchas nos tapetes e os sofás estavam rasgados nas bordas. Era conveniente para onde precisávamos estar, a equipe era agradável e provavelmente será muito boa quando for feita a reforma.

Al momento estan remodelando y es algo de un desastre. En realidad el hotel necesita la remodelación. Nuestro cuarto tenía muebles dañados y anticuados. Manchas en las paredes al igual que la puerta quebrada. Pero las camas si se sentían a gusto y los trabajadores estaban atentos a lo que necesitaramos. El área está lleno de restaurantes cercanos. Estoy seguro que después que terminen de remodelar daré 5 estrellas la próxima vez que me hospeda allí

Got it on a hotline or some website like that, the whole courtyard/pool completely torn up and most rooms are under renovation as well. Lots of noise during the day during to construction. The room we had was spacious and looked somewhat remodeled, but had huge stains in the carpets and the couches were torn on the edges. It was convenient to where we needed to be, the staff was nice and probably will be really nice once it's done being remodeled.

Will never stay here again. Location was perfect but that was about it. I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for my family. But the AC was not working and they didn't seem to care, kept saying how they just $800 to fix it and so on... When we checked in at 315pm they said they would bring towels to our room. I had to call at 900pm to ask for towels and complain about the AC. Towels were brought up but nothing done about the AC. There were more problems with the front desk staff and then I had to listen to them complain about things. Not a pleasant stay but we only needed it one night. Oh and the breakfast was mediocre

The front desk service was really nice, however the parking for the hotel was very limited. The room was descent, but it was dirty. The toilet was not cleaned, the bed sheets smelled weird, and it had a dusty feeling. I would have had a much better experience if the room was properly cleaned before use. They do, however, have continental breakfast included.

The hotel in it of itself is relatively good to stay in except for some big nit-picks. For starters, the rooms are very humid with half the time the air conditioner not working to make you feel cool. The beds are very uncomfortable and there's a stupid policy where house keeping only cleans your towels every three days. This is concerning due to the state of the cramped bathrooms that get dirty floors pretty quickly. There aren't that many selections for the breakfast provided: cereal, yogurt, and waffles with a side of almost stale toast. The owner of the establishment also owns the hotel directly next door and it seems as if the other hotel started being taken care of more than Comfort Suites, if that makes sense to you. All in all I'd give this hotel a 5.5/10.

The staff was nice, but the corridors and elevators have not been maintained and are dirty. The elevator cab floor carpet was heavily stained. The painted floors in the corridors are chipped, pealing and dirty. The AC was weak and I couldn't get the temperature less than 78 degrees. There was a plastic bag on the smoke detector from the previous occupant which wasn't removed. My room had freeway noise. The breakfast was a notch or two below Best Western. I don't think the 3-star rating is accurate. The hotel was full so I had to park in the back were there were remnants car parts and remnants of a small fire, presumably from homeless? I didn't feel safe leaving my car there. I won't be returning.

Room was hotter then outside when spoke to front desk they were aware of issues. Next day has to ask for room supplies as they were not stocked in room day of or next. Front desk personal was nice but hotel itself I would not recommend or stay again.

Parking is tight but we were pleasantly surprised. Decent breakfast, clean room, nice pool. Right next to the freeway, we asked the front desk for a fan for white noise, slept great.

Affordable rooms compared to Holiday inn next to it. But again you will see the difference when going to comfort. Issues out the gate with the room 4 different outlets didn't work (had to leave phone in the living room), lights didn't work properly, and the TV especially the cable was messed up in the bedroom but not the living room

This place was OK. A bit run down. My first room had heating problems. They switched me and the second room had the loudest bathroom fan, like it was about to fall off. Rooms are very spacious though. A bit of an old smell. Free breakfast nice nice, about as expected, the minimum possible to call it a hot breakfast but still OK. Location next to the highway is amazing though.

This hotel was a great accommodation for the price. The freeway noise was noticeable but not overwhelming. The door on our room stuck, but maintenance always was helpful if I couldn't push it open.There could be better upkeep on the public areas, but as long as you're not expecting a resort level experience you'll be very satisfied.The rooms inside are very nice and well appointed.

The staff here were extremely nice and we enjoyed our stay.This hotel is about 30-40 minutes from La Jolla and Cardiff Beach depending on traffic.My family will most likely look to book here again on a future trip.When we stay again I would ask for a room not backed up to the 15 freeway as the traffic was quite loud.I expected the AC to take care of some of that noise but it was so quite I didn't realize it was on.The room was clean and decorated nicely.We had a double bed with a pull out sleeper in the couch in the "living room" portion of the suite.This worked great for my family of 5.The breakfast buffet was good and convenient time saver.We used the laundry facility that they share with the Holiday Inn next door to dry off our swim suites and towels.

To be fair and upfront...this hotel is undergoing renovations. That said, our room, while clean, was pretty well used. Furniture was old, walls dingy and in need of paint...let's just say it showed...
