“Friendly front desk service and the room was clean. Only downside to the room was the air conditioning did not cool to our desired set point (72 degrees) although the room was okay at 74 degrees. Breakfast was ample.”

“This place was pretty gross.
First, the lobby bathroom was overflowing with...what nature provides, the whole lobby smelled, and I had to be the one to go point out to the front desk workers what was going on. The one elevator was constantly filled with housekeeper carts, had to wait for more than one elevator several times because there is apparently not a service elevator...
My room was gross. Dried blood on one of the towels. This was a first...the towel was so rough, it scratched my face. Not kidding, tried to dry my face and it SCRATCHED me because it was so rough. Family was asking me at the wedding I was staying in town for that night if I got punched. Nope...just a hotel towel.
And just overall, the hotel smelled, wasn't very clean, and the 4PM check-in was a major inconvenience for all of us out-of-towners.
Only redeeming factor at the hotel was the kind workers. As with many places, they were the best.
Will stay far away from this hotel next time I'm in town.”
