The hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and modern looking. The location was good, and the price was very good in comparison to other places near downtown. We plan on staying there again the next time that we visit Kalamazoo.

I came here to stay here for my college orientation. The beds were so comfy like the hotel name 😂. The sink is outside of restroom/bathroom. The lights were a little dim other that it was good.

O recepcionista nos deu uma chave de quarto para um quarto que estava ocupado quando fomos nele! Isso poderia ter sido desastroso por muitas razões, apenas invadindo uma sala ocupada. Eu não espero uma boa vista do meu quarto, pois estamos pagando menos de US $ 150 pela noite, mas o lixo e a tela da janela do lado de fora no chão perto da janela eram nojentos! A equipe foi amigável e o café da manhã era bom em uma nota positiva.

Ótima localização. A uma curta distância do centro da cidade e Kalamazoo College.Os quartos são grandes, com um grande frigorífico. O café da manhã é muito bom: ovos quentes e salsichas, ovos cozidos, iogurte, faça seu próprio waffle, 3 opções de cereais. 4 sucos.Mas as pessoas que não são hóspedes do hotel tentam roubar o café da manhã. Assim, a gerência tranca a porta da frente enquanto o café da manhã é servido. Se você sair do prédio entre 7 e 10 da manhã sem a chave do seu quarto, você está com problemas. Achei a equipe da recepção desatento à porta da frente durante o café-da-manhã. Portanto, se você fizer o check-out e deixar sua chave, não poderá voltar ao prédio. A gerência também desativou o acesso da chave do quarto às entradas laterais.

Preço muito razoável para a área. Não é o melhor bairro, mas nunca me senti inseguro e meu carro ficou bem por dois dias no estacionamento. Algum ruído da rua movimentada, mas acalmou após cerca de 20h. Era limpo e a equipe foi amigável. Se você está procurando uma experiência 5 estrelas, não é isso. Se você está procurando um lugar limpo e barato para passar a noite ainda a uma curta distância do centro, eu recomendaria.

Precio muy razonable para la zona. No es el mejor vecindario, pero nunca me sentí inseguro y mi automóvil estuvo bien durante dos días en su estacionamiento. Un poco de ruido de la calle concurrida, pero se calmó después de las 8 pm. Estaba limpio y el personal era amable. Si estás buscando una experiencia de 5 estrellas, no lo es. Si está buscando un lugar limpio y económico para pasar la noche a poca distancia del centro, lo recomendaría.

Buena ubicación. A una caminata de distancia del centro de la ciudad y de Kalamazoo College.Las habitaciones son grandes, con una nevera grande. El desayuno es muy bueno: huevos calientes y salchichas, huevos duros, yogur, haz tu propio gofre, 3 opciones de cereales. 4 jugos.Pero personas que no son huéspedes del hotel intentan robar el desayuno. Entonces, la gerencia cierra la puerta principal mientras se sirve el desayuno. Si sale del edificio entre las 7 y las 10 de la mañana sin la llave de su habitación, está en problemas. Encontré que el personal de recepción no estaba atento a la puerta principal durante el desayuno. Entonces, si se retira y deja su llave, no puede volver al edificio. La dirección también ha desactivado el acceso con llave de la habitación a las entradas laterales.

The desk clerk gave us a room key to a room that was occupied when we went in it!This could have been disastrous for many reasons just barging in an occupied room.I don’t expect a good view from my room as we are paying less than $150 for the night but the garbage and window screen outside laying on the ground bythe window was disgusting!The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good on a positive note.

Very reasonable price for the area. Not the greatest neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe and my car was just fine for two days in their parking lot. Some noise from the busy street, but quieted down after about 8pm. It was clean and the staff was friendly. If you're looking for a 5 star experience, this isn't it. If you're looking for a clean and inexpensive place to spend the night still within walking distance downtown, I would recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to downtown and Kalamazoo College. The rooms are big, with a big fridge. The breakfast is very good: hot eggs and sausage, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, make your own waffle, 3 cereal choices. 4 juices. But people who aren't guests of the hotel try to steal the breakfast. So the management locks the front door while breakfast is served. If you leave the building between 7 and 10am without your room key, you are in trouble. I found the front desk staff inattentive to the front door during breakfast. So if you check out and leave your key, you can't get back in the building. The management has also deactivated the room key access to the side entrances.

Lugar decente a um preço justo. Nada excepcional. Nada mal. Eles exigem um depósito de segurança ou uma retenção no cartão de crédito. A equipe foi agradável. Parece ser um hotel antigo, mas foi mantido em boa forma e provavelmente teve alguma reforma. Quarto que tivemos era bom, mas o banheiro era meio pequeno e apertado. Não há toalhas “extras” no quarto, então se você é como eu e normalmente usa duas toalhas após o banho, você precisará pedir extra. O café da manhã continental era bom. Variedade de alimentos (cereais, torradas, doces de loja, ovos, salsichas, máquina de waffles, suco e frutas). Sala de ginástica tinha esteira, bicicleta, elíptico e pesos sone. Não parecia ter muito estacionamento disponível, mas encontrei uma vaga bem em frente, então não procurei outros locais.

Parece ser un hotel antiguo, pero se ha mantenido en buen estado y es probable que se hayan realizado algunas remodelaciones. La habitación que teníamos era agradable, pero el baño era un poco pequeño y estrecho. No hay toallas "extra" en la habitación, así que si eres como yo y normalmente usas dos toallas después de la ducha, deberás pedir más. El desayuno continental era bueno. Variedad de alimentos (cereales, tostadas, bollería, huevos, salchichas, gofrera, jugos y frutas). La sala de ejercicios tenía cinta para correr, bicicleta, elíptica y pesas sone. No parecía haber mucho estacionamiento disponible, pero encontré un lugar justo en frente, así que no busqué ningún otro lugar.

Decent place at a fair price. Nothing exceptional. Nothing bad. They require a security deposit or a hold on a credit card. Staff was pleasant. Appears to be an older hotel but has been kept in good shape and likely had some remodeling done. Room we had was nice, but the bathroom was kind of small and tight. There’s no “extra” towels in the room, so if you’re like me and typically use two towels after a shower, you’ll need to ask for extra. Continental breakfast was good. Variety of food (cereals, toast, store pastry, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, juice, and fruit). Exercise room had treadmill, bike, elliptical, and sone weights. Didn’t seem to have a lot of parking available, but I found a spot right in front, so I didn’t look for any other locations.

For $100 a night, I expected much better quality.Much worse than other Comfort Inns I've stayed in.Wifi kept going down. Towels in the room had stains or large bare spots and tears -- they clearly should not still be used with guests but are anyway. In spite of being a nonsmoking hotel, there was a recurring smell of cigarette and pot smoke wafting through the halls and into the room.Tried to call the front desk on multiple days and never got an answer. $30 a night quality for $100.

Hotel estava muito sujo. Cheirava a cigarro e maconha. O vaso sanitário do banheiro não dava descarga. Conversamos com o senhor da recepção que foi muito agradável. Ele não poderia reembolsar nosso dinheiro, mas saímos de qualquer maneira. Valeu a pena perder os $85 para não ter que dormir lá.

Hotel was very dirty. Smelled like cigarettes and pot. The toilet in the bathroom didn't flush. We talked to the gentleman at the front desk who was very pleasant. He could not refund our money but we left anyway. It was worth losing the $85 to not to have to sleep there.

Áreas públicas sujas, mas os quartos eram limpos. Construir cheira a maconha constantemente. A bateria do detector de fumaça estava descarregada, notificou a equipe e nunca foi consertada. Bom local para descansar a cabeça, não é bom para crianças na minha opinião.

Dirty public areas, rooms were clean though. Building smells like pot constantly. Smoke detector battery was dead, notified staff and it was never fixed. Good spot rest your head, not good for kids in my opinion.

A recepção foi muito gentil e prestativa. Os quartos estavam desatualizados e havia um espelho muito estranho na parede que nos incomodou um pouco. A banheira também tinha algumas manchas questionáveis. Caso contrário, bom quarto e conveniente para caminhar no centro.

Front desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms were outdated and there was a very weird mirror on the wall that made us slightly uncomfortable. The bathtub also had some questionable stains. Otherwise, fine room and convenient to walking downtown.
