“Pool was closed in July. No room service two days. Front staff laid around lobby and a smelly person. Bathroom toilet had repair on seat that did not work. When we got room service it was poor. I make my bed a lot better. Lol really not funny. Hotel and room fair wife liked breakfast. It is the little things that hurt this hotel.”
