“I went inside today to reserve a room for one week for one of our members here at a organization. We were even thinking of potentially renting this room for the rest of this month. But I guess sales are not important to this hotel.The lady working the front desk told me to hold on because she was working with another customer to which I stated OK. Then she asked me what I was here for and I explained to her I was renting the room as an organization. She seemed confused and didn’t know how to proceed and stated she will call the manager on duty but he was in a meeting. How can you conduct business if the registration person doesn’t know how to do all registrations?Then she started asking me if my name was on the card etc. to which at this point I already found a room online somewhere else.”
