Muito bom, lugar limpo. Muito bem localizada. Quartos muito confortáveis ​​com tudo o que você precisa para uma boa estadia. Recomendado.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência com o atendimento ao cliente.Nós reservamos dois quartos para 3h. Chegamos ao hotel um pouco mais cedo e perguntamos se nossos quartos estavam prontos, mas nos disseram que esperássemos mais um pouco. Eram então 15h15 e ainda estávamos lá esperando que alguém nos falasse alguma coisa, mas ninguém o fez. Foi só quando nos aproximamos do balcão e pedimos novamente que eles finalmente nos deram as chaves. (Eu me pergunto quanto tempo eles teriam nos deixado sentados lá se não tivéssemos dito nada.) Fomos para os nossos quartos e não havia toalhas em nenhum dos banheiros dos dois quartos do hotel. Fomos até o loby e avisamos a recepcionista. Ela nos disse para esperar um pouco por eles, então saímos para comer e voltamos depois de 2 horas ... E ainda não havia toalhas. Dissemos de novo para a mulher e ela pediu que esperássemos mais um pouco, então saiu para dar uma volta, voltou às 19h30 ... E ainda não havia toalhas. Mais uma vez, dissemos isso à recepção e a mulher disse-nos que não havia mais toalhas e que teríamos de esperar cerca de uma hora. Não entendo como um hotel pode ficar sem toalhas. Deve haver um par de toalhas para cada quarto, mesmo que estejam sujas, não deve demorar 4 horas para lavar dois pares de toalhas. Fomos então para os nossos quartos e tentámos ligar ao wi-fi, mas não estava a funcionar para nenhum de nós. Ligamos para a recepção de nossos quartos e depois de alguns minutos eles finalmente iniciaram nossas contas, mas deveriam estar trabalhando desde as 15h. Conclusão: este hotel está em uma boa área perto de um shopping e os quartos são bons. No entanto, o atendimento ao cliente na recepção foi horrível e a atitude dos recepcionistas foi muito pobre. Especialmente a mulher que nos mostrou aborrecimento quando pedimos as toalhas que faltavam. O resto dos trabalhadores foram entretanto realmente agradáveis ​​e gentilmente carregaram nossas malas para cima.

We had a very bad experience with costumer service. We booked two rooms for 3pm. We got to the hotel a bit early and asked if our rooms were ready, but we were told to wait some more. It then was 3:15pm and we were still waiting there for somebody to tell us something, but nobody did so. It was only when we walked up to the counter and asked again that they finally gave us our keys. (I wonder how long they would've left us sitting there if we hadn't said anything.) We went to our rooms and there were no towels at all in neither of the bathrooms of the two hotel rooms. We headed to the loby and let the woman at reception know. She told us to wait for them a bit, so we went out to eat and came back after 2 hours... And there were still no towels at all. We told the woman again and she asked us to wait some more, so went out for a walk, came back at 7:30pm... And there were still no towels. Again, we told this to reception and the woman told us that there weren't any towels left and that we would have to wait about an hour. I don't understand how a hotel can run out of towels. There should be a pair of towels for each room, even if they're dirty it shouldn't take 4 hours to wash two pairs of towels. We then went to our rooms and tried to connect to the wifi, however it wasn't working for either of us. We called reception from our rooms and after a couple of minutes they finally started our accounts, but they should've been working since 3pm. Conclusion: This hotel is in a good area near a mall and the rooms are okay. However, customer service at reception was horrible and the attitude of the receptionists was very poor. Specially the woman who showed annoyance to us when we asked for the missing towels. The rest of the workers were really nice though and kindly carried our bags upstairs.

Very nice, clean place. Very well located. Rooms very comfortable with everything you need for a good stay. Recommended.

O hotel era agradável e tranquilo. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, era como estar em um estúdio. Vem equipado com geladeira, micro-ondas, pia, fogão de 2 bocas e pratos para cozinhar e comer. Minha única reclamação foi a cama ... Era muito firme para o meu gosto ... Devo dizer que seu jogo de dobrar estava no ponto.

The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was a nice size, it was like being in a studio. It came equipped with a fridge, microwave, a sink, a 2 burner cook top, dishes to cook with and eat off of. My only complaint was the bed..... It was too firm for my liking... I will say their tuck game was on point.

Muy limpio y muy cómodo solo los desayunos muy malos los jugos eran más agua que jugo

Great location, but poor quality, forget about breakfast, its a joke. Fortunatly you have several options for breakfast around walking. Rooms are just OK, good space kitchen, but in my case Fridge was making a noise like a truck every 20 minutes. I spent 2 days with no Internet. Hotel with a huge potential, I hope managers can increase significantly hotel quality.

Ficamos na suíte VIP. Tinha 2 quartos, sala de estar, sala de jantar, cozinha e 3 casas de banho completas. Tivemos uma experiência incrível no City Express Suites. Recomendo vivamente este hotel para quem quer ficar em Tijuana.

Great family environment and really clean room. All the amenities of an apartment to include utensils and Tupperware. Staff was welcoming and parking attendant recommended best parking space especially for families.

We stayed in the VIP suite. It had 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and 3 full bathrooms. We had an awesome experience at City Express Suites. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tijuana

Muy espacioso, cuenta con cocineta, ollas, vajilla, cafetera, tazas, microondas y refrigerador.El check in fue muy rápido, parking gratis, el acceso es con la llave.Por lo que no le pongo 4 estrellas es por qué el aire acondicionado no enfría mucho, solo es templado, pregunté por abanicos pero no tienen y las almohadas son muy básicas, estilo las de Walmart de 50 pesos.Igual por lo que pague (1700 pesos la noche) me pareció muy bien y si me volvería a quedar ahí.

Me gusta lo malo es que no tienen buenas almuadas y les faltan cobijas y en el bañó también les faltan tuallas ,papel y kleenex si pusieran atención a esos detalles seria perfecto todo
