“This was my first time visiting the resort and was blown away by the attentive, friendly service from every single employee-- from the time you check-in, to the serving staff, poolside staff and attendants-- each and every staff member made us feel welcome and cared for. We did not have a worry in the world while staying here. Isn't that the goal when you're on vacation? We had breakfast, dinner, and drinks while on the property at each of the restaurants. Each time, the staff remembered our names and our preferences, an example of the customer service and attention to detail the staff has for their guests. The food was excellent in each restaurant and no complaints.”

“Stayed here for 4 nights for a work retreat, the views are amazing, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, AC in the rooms was great. All the staff were super kind. Very close to the airport so it's a short taxi ride ($18 US). I am vegetarian and there were very limited veg options on the menus and sometimes it was a struggle to get the staff to understand custom requests for veg items, but they really tried. All inclusive is amazing, but for some reason they obsessively make you sign checks (often separate checks for drinks and food) and especially with a large group this was incredibly difficult sometimes, just seems like there are lots of operational improvements that could be made (like swiping a card). Almost no one was swimming at the beach because I think crocodiles? But the pool has an amazing view of the beach anyway. Loved tandem and solo kayaking!!!!”
