“The hotel is beautiful with a great location. But there are issues that need to be addressed. Evidently a common issue is electrical outlets not working. I was told it was an easy fix when I called the front desk, but that they needed to do it themselves and she was the only employee in the building. I guess staffing issues - seems like a safety issue to me. I was not offered a different room because it was likely a sold out night, and so my wife's breathing machine which she needs for serious medical issues could not be used. I was told a manager would be in at 8 am and I should speak to them. I went to the front desk around 9 and was told that the manager didn't come in, and she was a trainee and had no idea how to fix the situation. She took down my info and promised a call from the manager on Monday. No call. I called Tuesday morning asking for a returned call that afternoon. No call. I finally did receive a call Wednesday morning, which I do appreciate. No satisfactory resolution unfortunately for me.I will say this - if you are fortunate enough to have no bumps, this is a good place to stay. The location is good, and the hotel has a cool vibe to it.”
