“We booked a room and received a confirmation email, yet when we got there in the poring rain they said our booking was canceled without any reason and were now fully booked. They didn’t offer anything in return and didn’t offer to help out. We had to call 14 different hotels before finding a single one that had a room left on the other side of paris that was double the price.”

Buena habitación, céntrico, amplia cama pero sin mucho espacio alrededor para dejar maleta o moverte cómodamente. puntos negativos: se estropeó la caja fuerte y hasta pasadas 24 horas no nos la abrieron. dijeron que se nos daba el desayuno gratis en compensación a la mañana siguiente y cuando a la mañana siguiente preguntamos nos dicen que los desayunos hay q reservarlos el díaanterior. alucinante”
