“No elevators to help with big luggages or baby carriages, rooms were not ready and we were given the wrong sizes as well.”

“A very bad first experience with this hotel. It’s not children friendly or wheelchair friendly, they have lots of stairs and no elevator available. We payed for a standard room and we get a wardrobe size room, without even a proper window. The guy from the reception is not problem solving at all.”
