“I had a wonderful period staying at Arcotel. You get breakfast in the morning at the restaurant downstairs, the rooms are beautiful, there are spaces for conferences and business meetings, the staffs are nice. Generally a good one 👍🏾”

“Not what is expected of a 4 star hotel, poorly lit and congested old rooms. ACs aren't effective at all, just the sound of the blower hardly some cold air comes out. To add to it, dirty walls, torn chairs. No electric kettle available in the room nor coffee or tea sachets (which is anyways of no use without hot water). Hotel needs an upgrade or please stop advertising as a 4 star hotel and instead use the "2 star" badge. Gave the rating only considering the location and decent breakfast.”
