“We arrived late on Friday night and Jessie was working the front desk and he did a great job of getting us checked in without any issues. He recognized me as a Hilton Honors guest and he immediately told me about the hotel restaurant, bar and other features. This hotel had plenty of free parking and it is great shape. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced with a great selection. There is a nice fitness center and indoor pool. Our room had a fridge which came in handy. the beds and pillows were comfy and there was plenty of space in our room. The ice machine is on all of the even floors. We were on the 1st floor so we had to walk up to the 2nd floor to get our ice. The room does not have a microwave but there is a microwave downstairs in the snack area that we used to warm up our food when needed. This hotel has everything you need. There's also a nice breakfast spot too in this hotel for your bagels, fruits, juices, coffees, and other items. This hotel was better than I expected and the service was great!”

“Enjoyed the hotel, but changes in housekeeping were not communicated to us because we checked in via the app. Apparently they only tell those who check in via the front desk, despite the availability and ease of app check-in. Even when we came down to get a second key the next morning, they did not inform us of the changes, despite being told we had checked in via the app. It was not until the second day, when questioning the lack of housekeeping services, that we found out the changes. When I suggested they also put the notice they provide in person in the rooms for those who check in via the app, I was told they don't do that and would not be doing that. Really unfortunate that the communication of changes was not provided to all guests by design, especially when the guests missing these notices are actually using the Hilton app.”
