“Viceroy is the 1st stop of 3 of our Honeymoon and we were absolutely blown away. While it’s not the cheapest of options when selecting a resort, I promise there is a reason for that. The staff is excellent (especially Julio and Claudia who make sure you have everything you need, at all times of the day) Miguel the bartender is very nice, as well as the rest of the staff while you’re dining and relaxing. Even if you do not book the all inclusive package, the staff will occasionally bring you snacks, shots and more. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are beautiful. The outdoor showers in the rooms are AMAZING and the shower heads are amazing. The private plunge pools are excellent and romantic, and the staff can adjust the temperature for you to your liking. Our room was a 3 minute walk from the pool and beach, but that made it for a quiet, private room and have no complaints about that. The only sad thing was food stops at 10:30, but we found a service that delivers food. Use the app Rappi. We WILL be coming back!”

“Stunning hotel with tons of space where you can't imagine space could be. Every staff member was considerate, caring, and went above and beyond. The food was excellent, the pool was beautiful. The room was stunning. The private plunge pool made it even better. The beach was a little rocky, but the provided water shoes fixed that. Will definitely return.”
