“Hotel is very nice. Went to their bar to have an after dinner drink while hubby went to swim.. I immediately got the bill. There were many males there without a bill. WTF. Really? Oh and once hubby joined me, bill disappeared and only reappeared when hubby said so. Really?? What year is it?”

“At a Westin you expect a level of service that is above norm, and they did so.Bar tender was a little cranky when all of the sudden there were 75 people and she was the only one there. But that is everywhere, short staff, most understood others were put off. But convention food was good, rooms were clean. No club level, miss that.”
