Definitely not a 5 star hotel. This hotel is old. Lighting in our room was poor, very dimly lit. Clerk who checked us in was very nice and courteous, clerk who checked us out was curt, did not ask how our stay was and got an attitude when I asked for a receipt, I guess he didn't like the fact that he had to walk somewhere in the back to retrieve it from a printer. Be sure to check your credit card statement for unauthorized charges. Thieves in sheep's clothing!!! Worst Marriott hotel I've ever experienced. Taken to an uncleaned room at check in, had to go all the way back to lobby to get another room. Two weeks later while reviewing my bill there was an unauthorized charge of $75. Will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.....EVER!!!

Minha esposa e eu hospedado aqui para uma noite para nosso aniversário. O mini-bar que estava no quarto estava completamente vazio e havia mofo crescendo na unidade. Havia uma luz no banheiro que piscava constantemente quando as luzes eram acesas. As duas cortinas da janela do quarto estavam faltando as hastes das cortinas para que pudessem ser abertas. Um deles não abriu totalmente porque havia uma parte quebrada da pista. Pelo preço que pagamos por este quarto, não havia nem frigobar. Este é de longe o pior hotel de "coleção de luxo" em que já fiquei. Paguei metade do custo de outros quartos de hotel e tive o dobro das acomodações. Não desperdice seu dinheiro. Vá para um Hilton. A graça salvadora desta localização, foi a equipe. Nada além de sorrisos e personalidades felizes.

My wife and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary. The mini bar that was in the room was completely empty and there was mold growing in the unit. There was a light in the bathroom that would flicker constantly when the lights were turned on. The two curtains for the window of the room were missing their curtain rods in order for them to be opened. One of them didn’t open fully because there was a broken portion of the track. For the price that we paid for this room, there wasn’t even a mini fridge. This is by far the worst “ luxury collection” hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve paid half of the cost for other hotel rooms and had twice the accommodations. Don’t waste your money. Go to a Hilton. The saving grace of this location, was the staff. Nothing but smiles and happy personalities.

Estadia absolutamente maravilhosa!!! Se eu pudesse dar 10 estrelas eu daria. Só posso imaginar que as críticas ruins sejam porque essas pessoas estão quebradas, tristes ou nunca ficaram em um hotel 5 estrelas. A equipe do spa foi absolutamente incrível e os serviços foram ainda mais incríveis. Reggie na recepção também foi incrível. Sempre que tivemos um pedido, o hotel o atendeu em 10 minutos. Eles até mandaram alguém para o carro pegar nossas roupas que deixamos nele. Faremos disso uma viagem trimestral. Muito obrigado pela ótima experiência!!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I can only imagine the bad reviews are because those people are broke, sad or have never stayed at a 5-star hotel. The spa staff was absolutely amazing and the services were even more amazing. Reggie at the front desk was also incredible. Any time we had a request the hotel fulfilled it within 10 minutes. They even sent someone to the car to grab our clothes that we left in it. We will be making this a quarterly trip. Thank you very much for the great experience!!!!!!!

Agradável equipe e acomodações como esperado. Fomos reconhecidos por nosso status de elite, tivemos nosso quarto atualizado e aproveitamos o lounge executivo o máximo possível, privilégio muito bom para o hotel. O hotel parece hospedar algumas convenções de grupo, e vejo outros comentários reclamando sobre isso, mas isso é de se esperar com base na área da cidade. Com certeza ficaria novamente!

Este hotel seria ótimo para um fim de semana de meninas, aniversário, aniversário, sessão de fotos ou casamento. Você não ficará desapontado!

First time staying at The Whitley and we enjoyed it! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Let me share the pros & cons Pros: - Location is perfect. Mall, theater, entertainment, & eateries are close - Decor is fabulous for pictures - The room was beautiful, simple, & elegant - Robe in the room - The bed was VERY comfortable - Service was excellent! From the valet (Z Man) to the hotel receptionist (D.C.), we were well taken care of Cons: - No refrigerator, coffee maker, or microwave in the room - Valet cost is $49 per night - Limited in room dining hours We visited for our 9th anniversary and had a perfect stay. This hotel would be great for a girls weekend, birthday, anniversary, photo shoot, or wedding. You won't be disappointed!

Pleasant staff and accommodations as expected. We were recognized for our elite status, had our room upgraded, and enjoyed the executive lounge as much as possible, very nice perk to the hotel. The hotel does seem to host some group conventions, and I see other reviews complaining about this, but this is to be expected based on the area of town. Would definitely stay again!

Este hotel não é 5 estrelas. Sem geladeira ou microondas no quarto de hóspedes. Sem roupão ou chinelos. Além disso, eles me cobraram uma retenção de US $ 250 no meu cartão para incidentes que ainda estão segurando. Meus lençóis na cama estavam manchados e o chuveiro estava sujo com manchas de água na parede e na porta do chuveiro. O quarto está quente e abafado. Definitivamente não é cinco estrelas. Disappointing but tolerable. This hotel is in a great location but does not provide a 5-star experience. Tried on more than one occasion to ring room service or valet, but no one answers the phone. The minibar is empty. There is no microwave or even a small coffee maker.I have stayed at 3-4 star hotels that have provided better service and amenities. More Pros....great food in the restaurant, excellent bartender, welcoming valet and staff, but still not the 5-star experience one would expect.

This hotel isn’t 5 star at all. No fridge or microwave in the guest room. No robe or slippers. On top of that they charged me a $250 hold on my card for incidentals that they are still holding. My sheets on bed were stained plus the shower were dirty with water stains on wall and shower door. The room is hot and muggy. Definitely not five star. They need to go back and reinforce five star service. Maids definitely not sanitizing rooms the correct way. Looks like they just go in and straighten up what was messed up

Muito bom hotel. Quarto (uma suíte) era grande e bem decorado. Nespresso no quarto.A equipe foi excelente. Lounge (se tiver acesso) foi um dos melhores que experimentei no sistema Marriott.Estava aqui para uma conferência. Os quartos principais e salas de apoio foram todos muito limpos e bem conservados.Se você estiver em Buckhead eu recomendo este hotel.

Very nice hotel. Room (a suite) was large and nicely appointed. Nespresso in room. Staff was excellent. Lounge (if you have access) was one of the best I've experienced in the Marriott system. Was here for a conference. Main rooms and breakout rooms were all very clean and well maintained. If you are in Buckhead I would highly recommend this hotel.
