Guests are welcomed in the lobby with a 24-hour reception, safe, cloakroom, and lift access. Furthermore, guests may take advantage of a bar, a restaurant and the 'President Café', which serves dinner and drinks. Room service is additionally offered. The newly renovated rooms all come with an en suite bathroom and either one king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds. Standard fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a fridge, a hire safe and an Internet connection. Individually adjustable air conditioning and heating is also provided in all accommodation units as standard. The outdoor complex includes a children's paddling pool. “I had such a wonderful time experience at this hotel. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, especially Josefa and her team who were so accommodating with my many, many requests. :) The breakfast is also really yummy and the hotel is very close to the beach and nightlife. Highly recommend this for your next Miami trip.”

“I never write reviews to anywhere but this one was a MUST! I used to live in south beach and had my fair share of cockroach encounters because most of the buildings in south beach are older! But this place was CLEAN/neat as can be. Staff were polite and accommodating, and the breakfast was great! We came with 4 people in total and got the double queen room. It was perfect size and our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! Can’t forget the rooftop pool, it was on the smaller side so definitely had to get there earlier to grab a chair! But all in all I had no complaints and it is walking distance to EVERYTHING! Will definitely be staying here again!”
