From common areas to rooms to the restaurant, management has created a cohesive atmosphere that is refined but natural, spacious but cozy, and peaceful but spirited. We booked our room in advance by phone then checked in in-person; we also ordered room service and had afternoon tea at the Globe. Every team member we encountered offered consistent, high-level service that was genuinely friendly and personalized. We were celebrating an anniversary, so it was a treat to receive congratulations and goodwill from many staff. We enjoyed a luxurious room, a spectacular view, amazing customer service, well-presented food with high-quality ingredients, and an incredibly quiet and comfortable sleep. This hotel strictly adheres to public health orders and protocols for hygiene. Not once did we have any concern about sanitation or safety.
