“The most amazing hospitality I’ve ever received at a hotel! :) From valet to check in and everything in between, the staff here is so friendly and helpful. Yes, it is an older hotel and under construction but the renovations they have done so far are fabulous and you can tell there is a lot of care put into the details. Very close walk to both Printer’s Alley and Broadway. I will absolutely be returning next time I’m in Nashville. Thanks!”

“First, it's important to note that this place isn't trying to be a luxury hotel. It's a hotel-motel hybrid at a great price and location. European style elevator... in that it's tiny. It also makes a strange robot sound when it opens and closes. Wonky knob shower eventually gets hot.. also makes a high pitch squeal. Mismatched complimentary toiletries was an odd but functional choice. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. And the staff was delightful! Also, the iron in the room worked well which was a pleasant surprise :) Great option for downtown access with minimal frills and quirky amenities!”

This hotel offers motel vibes at hotel prices. Overall it wasn't a terrible stay. The room was clean enough and the location was decent. The elevator was questionable and very small (3 person limit posted on the outside of the elevator) but worked. My only real complaint is that the lady who checked us in made a joke that they didn't have valet and that someone stole our car which wasn't funny to me after a very long drive. But if you're looking for somewhere to stay with no thrills but cheaper than the hotels surrounding, this isn't a bad place to consider.

Location is good, not the Omni, but certainly more affordable. The staff was the bright spot. They are renovating rooms and the public space is very tired. Once I got in my room though I was pleasantly surprised. It's fairly small so it's easy to get in and out. Free hot breakfast, not great but something to eat. For a Friday -Monday stay, 3 nights, it was about $1,000 with tax.

We booked a room at the hotel because we came to the Michael Buble concert. From the first moment the staff very friendly and attentive. They have valet parking lot and the girl at the counter kindly welcomed us and explained how breakfast would be the next day. The extremely comfortable room has everything you need for a pleasant stay, clean sheets and duvets, the impeccable bathroom, white cloths like new. Inside the rooms there was an iron and hair dryer and everything worked perfectly. I definitely give them a high score because they took care of every detail with caution and from the person who receives the car keys to the person who cleans the room, extremely kind and responsible and excellent service. We are going back in October with the rest of the family and we will definitely be booking here.
