“Beds very comfy and clean, service great apart from limited english in breakfast and when ordering room service. There is a constant smell of strong chemicals from the cleaning products the hotel uses. During breakfast I got up from my table to get my own coffee from the hot drinks table because I couldn't get the waiters attention, the asian waiter insisted on pouring for me when I just wanted to do it myself, which was really infuriating, like i was doing something wrong by helping myself, might I suggest staff looked around the restaurant more to see when people are trying to get their attention.”

“Great service. Rooms are a bit dated but nice artwork. Wish they did not charge for extra nespresso pods (you get 3 for the WHOLE stay-one is decaf 😩). Bottle of wine with status was nice (pic included below). Otherwise a nice lobby and people. Overall a 5 star but only because Of the service.”
