“Actually it is a truly 5 star rating worth Hotel compare to the Accor Hotels. Everything in the room, nice and polite staff BUT the big minus was the non avail Air con in each room. I mean for me 30 degree is Hot summer while in Spain it called winter 😃 So I had bad nights as I couldnt sleep due to it was simply tooo hot in the room.”

“They never care of the customer. I dialed to room service to ask food and drink, woman in line told me we can serve in restarurant. So why you invested money for hotel? 0 service; 0 room quality… you are coming to hotel and see nothing, where is the customer service?
