El desayuno está bien pero creo que no está a la altura de un NH Collection. Soy cliente Platino y he visto más variedad en algunos NH convencionales. No hay tortitas, ni salchichas o bacon y la fruta es bastante escasa (me han faltado kiwis).

EXCELENTE Serviço de excelência. Staff super disponível e genuinamente simpático, ajudaram-nos a planear o pouco tempo que tinhamos em Bilbao!! Quarto espaçoso, colchão super confortável e limpeza impecável! Posição muito central, perto do estádio de San Mamés. Pequeno-almoço com fruta fresca, sumos naturais e uma enorme variedade de opções doces e salgadas! Muito aconselhado para uma estadia tranquila!

It was a Very Good and Pleasant Stay here. The hotel staff are very Friendly and Supportive. Breakfast buffet was a perfect one and waiters were very kind and Helpful in serving whatever was preferred.

En las habitaciones hacía tanto calor que tuve dormir con la ventana abierta los 2 Días que quedé en el hotel.Llamé a recepción para pedir que cortaran mi Calefacción y me dijeron que era imposible. Puede entender que sea una calefacción central pero que la temperatura en la habitación se vuelva insoportable no tiene sentido. No solo por el confort sino por el Derroche energético, creo que esto debiera corregirse.

Estuvimos en pareja, hospedados este pasado fin de semana, y no puedo más que recomendar el Hotel. La habitación moderna, limpia y con todo lo necesario. El personal de recepción diligente y profesional, a la vez que cálido y acogedor. Y el desayuno variado y más que suficiente para empezar la jornada con energía. Acudí la semana pasada por asuntos laborales y me he encontrado con un lugar cálido, con personal amable (destacando la labor de recepción y personal de limpieza), con muchísimas facilidades (como un gimnasio bien equipado), habitaciones acogedoras y silenciosas y un desayuno exquisito para comenzar el día con energía. Sin duda volveré.

Todo un acierto este hotel. En pleno centro de Bilbaoa 10 minutos del museo Guggenheim y a 15 del casco antiguo. Habitaciones bien equipadas, amplias y confortables. El único inconveniente el parking que es pequeño y caro, tienen concierto con uno público cercano a 15 euros día.

Maravilloso Hotel con un servicio de Recepción y de Restaurante, también de limpieza. Excelentes. La única pega es que la habitación tenía una vista muy fea a un patio y hacía mucho calor en ella.

Nos hospedamos en este hotel el pasado 12 de marzo, escogiéndolo por su cercanía al palacio Euskalduna en el que, esa noche, se celebraba el concierto en Bilbao de la cantante francesa ZAZ.Comenzando por lo positivo, su ubicación garantiza tener acceso a un buen número de cafeterías, restaurantes y comercios en los alrededores, así como a la práctica totalidad de lugares de interés de la villa a escasos minutos paseando. Adicionalmente, el personal de recepción es encantador, estando siempre dispuesto a ayudarte con una sonrisa con todo lo que necesites (y eso es algo que debe ser subrayado ya que, como ex-recepcionista de hotel, sé lo agotador que puede llegar a resultar tratar con algunos clientes). Además, las habitaciones, aunque algo antiguas, resultan muy cómodas, amplias y luminosas, siendo su decoración relativamente moderna gracias a las mejoras que se han ido realizando en las mismas.El gran problema de este hotel, y que motiva que no le otorgue la quinta estrella, son los precios de todos sus servicios. Así, el desayuno se factura a más de 20 € por persona, el precio del parking es de 25 € por noche y el acudir con tu mascota te supondrá añadir otros 30 € aproximadamente. Con todo, una noche de hotel puede ver disparado su precio hasta niveles poco aceptables, provocando, en nuestro caso, que nos limitásemos a contratar únicamente el alojamiento con ellos y a buscar alternativas para el resto deservicios que menciono y que, normalmente, contratamos directamente con el hotel.En mi caso particular, probablemente volvería a alojarme aquí, aunque los precios de los extras me llevarán a valorar alternativas cuando sea el momento de regresar a Bilbao.

Estuvimos alojados para la carrera Bilbao Bilbao ,el hotel muy limpio ,la habitación, muy grande y limpia, las ventanas horribles, dejan pasar todo el ruido de la carretera y lo peor debajo hay un discoteca (Rock Star ) y se oye a la gente de fiesta hasta las 7 y pico de la mañana así que no pegamos ojo porque era sábado . Espero que tomen nota y cambien las ventanas porque pagar para no descansar…. Y no fuimos los únicos, mis amigos durmieron igual de bien. No repetiría.

Okay hotel. Rooms were large but a little bit dilapidated. Some of the wallpaper was coming loose near the floorboard. Good breakfast.

Ok hotel, room was decent. Comfortable bed. Nice gym.No refrigerator . Biggest problem was room was very hot and stuffy. Tried turning on air conditioner, nothing. Asked receptionist and was told the hotel had turned off the air conditioning for guests due to "cooler weather" on the way and energy savings. Was instead offered a small fan and an open window for comfort. Seriously, see attached photo. Obviously this was worthless so sleeping was miserable unless you like to sleep in hot stuffy conditions. However the lobby entrance was air conditioned and comfortable. Hmmm….

The hotel is on the main av. (Gran via) and within walking distance to the Gugenhaim museum, the surroundings are very pleasant. Our room (514) was nice, comfy bed but no view from the window, the shower was very nice but it could use a few hangers for the towels (there is none!), also the "make up/shaving miror" should be way lower. Breakfast is very expencive (18€ per person) Front desk are helpful, all in all it was a nice experience.

The staff go out of their way to be nice to you, and help. They score 10/10 on this front. Very clean. They take COVID seriously. The rooms were reasonably large (stayed in base level room). The location is very near SAN MAMES STADIUM, and the tram and metro stop. Its about a 20min walk to the old town, and 10min to the centre of town. The Wifi could be improved. In general, high recommend

Excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location couldn’t be better, the rooms were super nice and comfortable, the food from the restaurant was very good, the breakfast bar is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and the bartender who runs the bar makes some of the best cocktails you’ll ever have in you’re life — he made the trip very memorable for us. We will definitely come back and stay here again in the future.It is nice to see how much they care about every detail at this hotel. We really felt like we were at home!

Poor quality NH hotel and customer service

I'm sorry but we have stayed a few time's at nh hotel's but this is awfull great location..charges 25 euros a day for parking no electric charging and to top it all its 23c and no air...

Perfect Stay

Travelled to Bilbao for 4 night stay. The hotel was perfectly situated with very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The room was large and clean.. we stayed room only so can't comment on...
