Quartos excelentes, limpos e bem equipados: máquina de café,chá e garrafa de água de cortesia. Pequeno almoço 5 estrelas. Localização central. Hotel com parque de estacionamento, apesar de não ser gratuito. Funcionarios educados e prestáveis.

Localizado na zona financeira de Vigo, este hotel de charme da cadeia NH, carateriza-se pelas excelentes instalações e pela qualidade na atenção e detalhe ao cliente. Quartos elegantes e acolhedores, confortáveis e espaçosos. Máquina nespresso disponível nos quartos com chá e café à disposição do cliente. Possibilidade de quartos comunicantes. Pequeno-almoço de meter inveja a muitos hoteis de 5 estrelas. Soberbo! O nosso bem-haja a toda a equipa deste hotel e à cadeia NH pela sua política de qualidade e atendimento ao cliente.

O melhor café da manhã que já comi, tanto em variedade quanto em qualidade. Fui extremamente bem recebido e amparado em meus primeiros dias em Vigo devido à cordialidade de toda a equipe de funcionários. As instalações são extremamente confortáveis, a arquitetura é maravilhosa e por fim a localização bem no centro da Garcia Barbón fazem com que o hotel mereça as 5 estrelas que tem.

El hotel, la ubicación excepcional, muy cerca del centro histórico y del centro comercial. Muy lindas las habitaciones, el baño. Excelente el desayuno. La amabilidad de todos !! Nos dieron solución a cada solicitud. El restaurante excelente también. El parking de pago con acceso directo al hotel. Café, te y agua de cortesía en la habitación. Sin dudas volvería!!

Excelente hotel y muy bien ubicado de todo. A 1 minuto caminando al Casco Viejo, zona de compras y restaurantes del paseo marítimo. Nuestra habitación era moderna, limpia y muy cómoda y mejor aún el desayuno. Pero lo mejor el trato del personal del hotel, muy agradables y atentos desde el primer momento, gracias!. Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia, totalmente recomendable, seguro repetiremos.

La atención exquisita! Un recibimiento espléndido por parte del personal ya que fueron muy atentos conmigo y mi acompañante!La habitación muy limpia, cómoda y en perfecto estado, el baño y todos los enseres. Decir que el desayuno estaba muy rico además de ser de buena calidad, muy variado con muchas opciones a elegir. Puntualizar que en la mesa se pueden solicitar platos hechos que lo realizarán al momento! Yo me he ido encanta y con ganas de repetir!

Localização bem central, limpeza do quarto e das áreas comuns excelentes. Bom café da manhã. Boas amenidades no quarto. Talvez algumas amenidades quando chegar seriam bem-vindas, com as que existem no NH de Colônia.

For a 4 star hotel I was expecting more... The first room was very dingy, we paid for a superior room but there was no natural light, with a depressing view from window. We requested to change rooms and the second room smelt like cigarettes with cigarettes on the balcony also. Interior is outdated, needs to be updated to maintain “4 star review”. Disappointing for the price we paid.

Beautiful hotel in the city center with parking available.Everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. Clean and bright rooms. Great breakdast with many choices and eggs cooked to order. We stayed there in December 2019 to see the Christmas lights and were not disappointed. However, for a high end 4 star hotel, there is no make-up mirror in the bathroom or an iron in the room. Ladies need these things.

This is a beautiful hotel.. very central, we received a welcome email in advance which was a great idea and much appreciated. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The no. 10 bus will drop you outside if coming from Baiona. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was really great. The room is beautiful, huge bed, excellent bed linen. The bathroom is very clean, large with 2 showers and excellent toiletries. City view from room lovely. Coffee machine in the room which is terrific. Personalized welcome information and complementary water and little snack on arrival. We ate in the restaurant which again was very nice and reasonably priced. Really pleased. Highly recommended, excellent value. There's a great funky bar across the road opposite church with great drinks and even better music, staff good fun..
