Pena que não há lobby, nem café da manhã, nem serviços de resort, grande parte do local está fechado para manutenção, não recomendo de jeito nenhum, o nome foi mudado de Movenpick para Berdeaux, reservei Mövenpick e na chegada fomos ficaram surpresos que era Berdeaux, do outro o local não é adequado para recreação.

Excelente localização para um lindo resort com acomodações muito grandes. Quase 1.300 metros quadrados e uma enorme varanda de frente para o mar com uma visão clara e desobstruída. A equipe é ultra amigável e rápida para responder a qualquer coisa. A praia fica do outro lado da rua! A maioria do resort está atualmente em reforma, mas a parte que está aberta é absolutamente linda, perfeita. Eu certamente recomendaria este lugar!

Excellent location for a beautiful resort with very large accommodations. Almost 1,300 square feet and a huge balcony facing the ocean with a clear unobstructed view. Staff is ultra friendly and quick to respond to anything. The beach is right across the street! A majority of the resort is currently under renovation, but the part that is open is absolutely beautiful perfect. I would highly recommend this place!

Ficamos lá (resort Mövenpick & spa Karon beach) no final de dezembro, 3 dias após a reabertura. Infelizmente, não fomos informados de que a maioria do hotel estava fechada e uma das razões pelas quais decidimos pelo Movenpick foram suas instalações (restaurantes, piscinas, academia etc). O único restaurante aberto deixou muito a desejar e o café da manhã não tinha uma variedade de opções. Conseguimos encurtar nossa estadia, graças ao gerente de plantão que foi muito prestativo. Há reformas em andamento no hotel, então espero que eles consigam voltar aos trilhos após a mudança de marca para o Paradox Resort

We stayed there (Mövenpick resort &spa Karon beach) end of December, 3 days after it just re-opened. Unfortunately we were not informed that majority of the hotel was closed and one of the reasons we had decided for Movenpick was its facitities (restaurants, pools, gym etc). The only open restaurant left much to be desired and breakfast lacked a variety of choices. We managed to shorten our stay, thanks to the duty manager who was very supportive. There are ongoing renovations in the hotel, so hopefully they will manage to get back on track after re-branding to Paradox Resort

Os quartos foram recentemente renovados e modernos. A área externa parece um pouco deserta. Costumava ser um enorme resort, nos tempos de Corona apenas 15% talvez funcione. O café da manhã era bom, o preço é um pouco exagerado. Tivemos uma recepção muito agradável na recepção, geralmente a equipe é simpática e amigável. Belo pôr do sol pode ser apreciado a partir da varanda. A localização é muito, no meio da praia de Karon, perto de tudo.

Paradox Resort Phuket, which used to be Movenpick Resort Karon, will take on a new look. Paradox Resort Phuket is a five-star resort located in Karon Beach, south of Phuket, formerly called Mobenpick Resort Caron. The total number of rooms is 360, and there are 16 room types, starting from Superior to 3 Bedroom Suite. Paradox Resort has a wide range of rooms, starting from Superior to Cottage, Villa, and Suite, allowing travelers to choose rooms that suit their taste. Its advantages are beautiful natural environment, three wonderful swimming pools, and accessibility to Karon Beach. In particular, there are facilities around the resort that travelers need, such as 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lotus Go Fresh Supermarket, and mini mart, making it good for guests to live in hotel. As of March 3, 2022, Paradox Resort is operating only Superior Rooms, has renovated 170 rooms so far, and will be closed again from April to the end of October to renovate the rest of the rooms. After the renovation, the Superior Room is no different from the newly built hotel.

Moradias fantásticas, a poucos passos da praia. Magníficas vistas do pôr do sol / nascer do sol desde a cozinha, banheiro, sala de estar, quartos. Piscina privada ao lado da residência. Equipe incrível. Academia, excelente buffet de café da manhã, muitas opções, o melhor café da manhã do mundo (e eu já viajei por quase 100 países).

Estamos no hotel desde ontem e já estamos extremamente decepcionados! Pelo dinheiro que não esperávamos passar a noite no 4º andar, onde o hotel se anuncia claramente com belas vilas e casas de colmo. Não há toalhas de praia no quarto, na piscina nos disseram para usar as toalhas no quarto e que não pode ser que não temos nenhum. Com 5 estrelas, espero chinelos no quarto !!!! Ninguém lá! Principalmente com o terreno acidentado e toda a areia que você compreensivelmente traz consigo. Falando em praia ... fica a pelo menos 10 minutos do arranha-céu. O que é uma tortura para mim, muito menos para minha avó (68). Pedi um motorista na entrada da praia do hotel à noite, depois do jantar. Ele veio e preferiu falar com outro convidado do que nos levar. Depois de alguns minutos, simplesmente partimos. Passados 10 minutos e já chegado ao hotel, ainda sem vestígios do motorista! O terreno pode ser lindo, mas não vale a pena! Principalmente à noite, com a iluminação modesta e os caminhos enganosos. Um modesto desjejum nos espera novamente amanhã de manhã. Quando chegamos hoje quase não havia frutas. Isso foi preenchido ligeiramente magro. O hotel pode não estar tão cheio no momento, mas mais do que uma seleção de salsichas certamente não é pedir muito. Os recipientes de suco estão permanentemente vazios e você pode espremer as últimas gotas. A equipe é muito simpática, mas isso é tudo que há para fazer. Não posso e não irei recomendá-lo e, se não tivéssemos pago adiantado, eu teria feito uma nova reserva, no máximo, 2 horas atrás.

Awesome residences, few steps from the beach. Magnificent sunset/sunrise views right from the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms. Private pool next to the residence. Awesome staff. Gym, excellent buffet breakfast, too many choices, the best breakfast in the world ( and I have traveled nearly 100 countries).

Nós hospedado aqui para nossa Sandbox experiência e foi na residência não o hotel. Para nós foi uma experiência incrível. Eles não têm comida e bebida disponível neste momento devido a reformas, mas havia lugares para comer e nós pedimos comida. Era o melhor estar do outro lado da rua da praia. A vista nunca envelhece e esta praia particular neste momento é tranquila, o que nós gostamos.

A dream resort with all the facilities and comforts you can wish for. It has a good swimming pools, also scuba diving pool, kids play area, Gym. It’s a small town in itself. The breakfast here is best with a lot to choose from. The rooms here are divided according to area. Rooms are excellent with all the facilities available and good comfortable bed. The view from room is scenic(depending upon your room). A perfect place to stay for Honeymoon couple and families who wish to stay for a week. It’s a 5 star resort, so a little heavy to your pocket, but worth spending here.

The venue is nice, next to the beach. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I asked for an early check in and they did accepted not like the hotel I stayed before here. Very nice breakfast, served to your room. The staff called to confirm the breakfast if is missing or else, they do care every step. I recommended to stay here. That’s why I give them 5 stars.

We stayed here for our Sandbox experience and it was in the residence not the hotel. For us it was and awesome experience. They don't have food and beverage available at this time due to renovations, but there were places to eat and we ordered food. It was the best being across the street from the beach. The view never gets old and this particular beach at this time is quiet, which we enjoyed.

Beautifully decorated hotel.The room was clean, beds soft, well lit and air conditioned room.The pool was pretty cool too with a tiki bar you can swim up to.The staff were really kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good and diverse. It was a comfortable stay at a decent price.

Wonderful staff and courteous service. Some smell problems from the sewers that are solved by scents. Mosquitoes were treated by spraying. An amazing hotel in its beauty and excellent location. We got a great room in a great location. loved it.

Great hotel with beautiful staff. This is our favourite Eliza, she is so caring and her English is beautiful. On our last night a big storm flooded Karon, the hotel took us to their partner hotel for the night. Handled the crisis well. A tribute to the management and staff! Somsri on reception is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

Everything was perfect, but the water quality. I used shower filter, but I had to change it everyday as it got rusty. I think the water pipes need to be improved. Except for that, I really enjoyed the perfect hotel service, facilities, and swimming pools. Thank you!

No os engañen las fotos que tienen en internet.Hotel que se supone que tiene 5 estrellas que parece que tiene 3.Mueble muy viejo y todo muy caro (por ejemplo 9€ por 2 cafes normales y corientes) la cocina muy ,muy floja. Eso si todos los empleados muy amables.

Desayuno increíble, bonitos jardines, la recepción del hotel importante y el personal muy atento como es habitual en Tailandia. Aunque esta cerca de la playa, para acceder a ella desde el edificio principal hay q caminar como 100 metros de un jardín q parece la selva y q por la noche tiene una preciosa iluminación pero deficiente, q hace q nos perdamos como en un laberinto. Cuando se llega a la calle se atraviesa una carretera y ya estás en la playa

Una vergüenza hemos llegado a la una y hasta las cuatro no nos han dado la habitación, eso si a cambio nos daban una coca cola gratis. Increíble. La habitación solo tiene un albornoz el mini bar esta vacío la habitación es bastante vieja pero limpia al menos. Lo malo es que he contratado un cinco estrellas y así lo he pagado. Una vergüenza.

Very nice resort we enjoyed our 7 days stay there. Really helpful and friendly staff at all times. Resort not too crowded and relaxed plenty of things to do inside or you can go to the beach at the back. If you have kids age from age 1 they have a pool for them, a kids play area and a room with lots of toys and activities. For those who love chocolate they have a free chocolate session everyday from 15.30hrs.

Thank you for making it special for my girlfriend's birthday by giving us the cake at our preferred date and time. We also greatly appreciate all the buggy rides to and fro to our rooms, even until the day we checked out. Smooth check in process. Big spacious room with good quality bed and quilt. Big bathroom and bathtub, and we liked that the water is hot for shower. Privacy was good. Staff was friendly, helpful and overall great experience communicating with them. Great facilities and lighting. Restaurant had a nice variety at breakfast buffet line. Thank you for the amazing experience.

No lo recomiendo!! Hotel de 5 estrellas para nada será en zona exterior porque en el interior es de 2 estrellas en la zona del edificionos tuvimos k cambiar a unos de los bungalows de la zona de la piscina.. Otra cosita venimos de luna de miel y ni siquiera nos an puesto un detalle romántico en los demás hoteles que an sido de 4 estrellas si. En los hoteles anteriores de los que hemos venido ni siquiera nos cobraban el agua y eran inferiores a movenpick aquí que sepáis que os cobrar 2 euros por botella de agua pequeña. Vamos que pa lo que estás pagando te deberían de regalar el agua. Voy a parar.. pero en cuestión no tienen detalle de 5 estrellas. El último día de salida llamamos a servicio de maletas y no vinieron tuvimos k llevar las maletas nosotros a recepción desde los bungalows.

Un resort tropical un poquito viejito, pero muy bonito y relajante, le falta alguna remodelación, pero la atención y los servicios de un hotel de 5 estrellas, ya quisieran muchos hoteles Europeos haberse repuesto también de un tsunami y mantener la calidad de este hotel. El personal maletero excelente trato al cliente El personal de seguridad encargado de hacerte mas fácil cruzar a la playa un 10. El personal de restauración muy buen trato y atento con el cliente La limpieza de las habitaciones excelente, lo único que no nos gustó que nos tirasen las pulseras de bienvenida. Lo único que no me gustó que pagando lo mismo por una habitación superior que por una choza no nos dejaran usar la piscina coconut. Os recomiendo una habitación superior con vistas al mar, porque las vistas son increibles y las puestas de sol unicas

Simplemente espectacular. se preocupan por todos los detalles. hasta la selección de almohadas en un lujo. Todos sus servicios son muy buenos. el desayuno es genial. Los restaurantes sirven comida de primera linea a precios módicos. El atención al cliente es impecable, desde recepción hasta limpieza de cuartos. No se pierdan la hora feliz de tragos en los distintos bares!

Las zonas comunes de piscina y restaurantes son amplias, pero la zona de desayuno se queda pequeña para tantos huéspedes y se forma cola de unas diez personas para que asignen mesa de desayuno. Las habitaciones del hotel son amplias, con camas altas que se hunden al acostarse. El personal del hotel muy servicial y agradable.
