One of the best Hotels in terms of Customer Satisfaction according to my experience. They remember your personal choices. The room is kept neat and tidy. Great ambience. Amazing views but only on one side. There is a huuuge building towards the road side room's view. Excellent location as it is close to a couple of Malls, some amazing restaurant, Metro and Bus terminal. Esat Emre, Mustafa are all such a charm. Always active and quick in their service. There is life in their service.

Best hotel ever i have been so far, room service is amazing! The kitchen is pretty good, not only the food is good but the smile of the staff is amazing! Mashallah! Ele tem uma equipe amigável e educada. A primeira terapia vem dele. Além de ser sincero, caloroso e sorridente, sua abordagem profissional e interesse são muito agradáveis. Também gostaria de agradecer ao Sr. Altan, assim como ao Sr. Tarık, muito esforçado e conhecedor de todos os assuntos. Boutique Um spa é muito limpo, todos são muito cuidadosos com a higiene. Os massagistas são profissionais. Acho o melhor de Ancara. Mais do que tudo, é um spa onde você se sentirá em casa e relaxará , alivie seu cansaço e continue bem o dia. Recomendo a todos

Tem uma ótima equipe, especialmente a equipe que trabalha na seção de restaurantes é extremamente educada, sorridente e cheia de energia. Especialmente Anıl Bey é extremamente prestativo e atencioso. No café da manhã, a Sra. Gamze, a Sra. Menekşe, a Sra. Deniz e a Sra. Gözde nos recebem muito sinceramente. Eles definitivamente têm uma grande contribuição para o nosso início de dia positivo. Gostaria de expressar meus agradecimentos especiais ao Sr. Can, que sempre nos ajudou com sua sinceridade e gentileza desde o primeiro dia em que cheguei ao hotel.

Nice location with lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast they offer is quite extensive as well. My favorite hotel in Ankara

Front Desk team is amazing Restaurant ...Denize has been a very wonderful team member that always does above and beyond to satisfy guests ...thank you so much .. will definitely come back because of her :) Room service ,,,,big big thank you for all the team ,,,,thank you Anil for being such a wonderful team member "Best smile :) " Thank you for all the kitchen chefs always cheerful best presentation for my food . Cant forget housekeeping ...always great job. The whole experience is amazing I am extending my stay for another week but just wanted to thank every one in this hotel for all their really excellent work.

Very nice , clean and chique hotel but still with a warm.welcom. friendly staff who keep offer help and informing on your wishes. With a very short time they know your routine and preferences. This is very pleasant.

I went to Movenpick Ankara for a business trip. When was the time to relax at the corner Bar right on right of reception, I found a beautiful atmosphere and fantastic cocktails mix. Mr. Aykan the great bartender, tasty class always with style and taste. The manager O.Can Yīlmaz, simply flawless. That was very appreciable!!

Em primeiro lugar, não sei por quais padrões ele tem 5 estrelas.Normalmente não envio críticas negativas, mas, neste caso, não posso.O lobby é tão pequeno. Existem apenas alguns sofás no bar. O restaurante também é muito pequeno. Existem apenas 2 elevadores para 12 andares. O salão de fitness é como uma pequena sala !!!! O quarto não está suficientemente limpo. Não há nada de especial no quarto como um hotel de 5 estrelas. Você sente que está em um hotel boutique. Não há muitos canais de TV. Mesmo que não seja fácil mudar os canais por controle remoto. Sobre o ar condicionado, você não pode definir a temperatura em números. No chuveiro, a água da cabine fica no chão. Não há chuveiro no telhado. Apenas um chuveiro de mão quebrado. Há mofo no vaso sanitário. Existem rachaduras na pia. A janela não está suficientemente limpa. As xícaras estavam sujas.Anexei todas as fotos.Procurei por 2 dias para escolher o melhor hotel, mas infelizmente dessa vez me arrependi.A única coisa positiva foi a equipe educada.

First of all, I don’t know by which standards it has 5-star. I usually do not send bad reviews but for this one, I cannot. The lobby is so small. There are only some sofas on the bar. The restaurant is also very small. There are only 2 elevators for 12 floors. The fitness saloon is like a small room!!!! The room is not clean enough. There is nothing special in the room as a 5-star hotel. You feel you are in a boutique hotel. Not many tv channels. Even it is not easy to change the channels by remote control. About air conditioning, you cannot set the temperature in numbers. In the shower, cabin water stays on the floor. There is no roof shower head. Only one broken hand shower head. There is mold on the toilet bowl. There are cracks in the washing basin. The window is not clean enough. The cups were dirty. I attached all photos. I searched for 2 days to choose the best hotel but unfortunately this time I regretted. The only positive thing was the polite staff.

No geral, um ótimo hotel. Relativamente novos, eu acho, os quartos são modernos e limpos. A localização é muito boa, chegamos facilmente a todos os lugares que queríamos. É muito bom ter um shopping com cafés e bares ao lado. Há apenas duas coisas negativas: primeiro, acho que algo que eles usaram na limpeza ou qualquer que seja o cheiro do quarto, cheira muito mal. Duas vezes em dias diferentes, uma vez no saguão e uma vez no restaurante, havia um cheiro de perfume incrivelmente pesado e barato (não havia ninguém além de nós no restaurante). Isso me incomodou especialmente enquanto comia. Em segundo lugar, o sistema de ar condicionado nos quartos é muito, muito mau. Você não pode defini-lo em um determinado grau. Existem +2 e -2, mas nunca poderíamos deixar o ambiente com o frescor que queríamos. Na primeira noite em que dormimos com um calor terrível, mesmo abrindo a janela, fiquei muito mal. Chamamos a recepção no início da 2ª noite e fizemos uma reclamação, mas nada mudou. Agora estávamos fartos de deixar a janela aberta e exposta a -2 graus do ar externo e do ruído da estrada. Acho que não preciso lhe dizer que o quarto estava congelando pela manhã. Seria um hotel 5/5 se não fosse pelo ar condicionado.

The hotel is good. No issues with the rooms and good wifi connection. I saw that some employees don't understand and speak any english when having the breakfast. Also when i have extended my stay my college had 93 euro and i was having 108 euro (same website, type of room, discount etc.) Also the front desk charge me on the spot and was saying i loose my reservation if not. How to loose the reservation if i only extended. Why they requested my card information when booking the room, but for my coworker they charged the room when doing the check out. So service is not the best

It has been a pleasure to stay at Movenpick Hotel in Ankara. The food has been great, rooms are always clean, and the staff is the kindest. Manager O. Can Yulmaz always checks on the guest and makes you feel like family by ensuring the best quality and comfort for the guest. I highly recommend this hotel and would love stay here again in the future.

Un hotel bastante bueno con una recepción donde te atienden rápido y de forma muy amable. Su localización es buena, ya que se encuentra al lado de un centro comercial con muchísimos restaurantes. Como nota curiosa este hotel tiene detector de metales a la entrada y cuando llegas en taxi inspeccionan los bajos del taxi por si viene con bomba incluida... los centros comerciales de Ankara también tienen detectores de metales a la entrada aunque sean zonas al aire libre...

Muy buen hotel en Ankara, muy bien ubicado y a metros de un muy buen shopping. Tiene una piletas cubiertas muy buenas, con agua caliente, yacuzzi, sauna. El restaurante es muy agradable con comida bufete, con muy buena variedad. Excelente!!!!!
