“We stayed here during a busy weekend for one night. The room was clean and in a good location but it did not meet my expectations as far as Hyatt properties go. Its sister property a few minutes away was more enjoyable despite this being a higher tier property. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. We would recommend the other property nearby but this one was still great. This place is also walking distance from many restaurants and it is family friendly. 4/5.”

“This hotel is very old, I don't know how it can carry the Hyatt name. The location is good, the breakfast is good, but that is it, pretty much everything else is bad. The shower is gross, room layout is weird, TV remote does not match the TV, AC is loud, price is high, room looks like a Ramada Inn, furniture is old. It needs major renovation but it does not do it because its good location guarantee a good flow of customers willing to pay a higher price cos demand is higher than supply in this area”
