“Hotel muito bom, quartos limpos e espaçosos. Como um indivíduo viajando como funcionário do governo federal, achei difícil interagir com a equipe. Tive que perguntar a cerca de 8 pessoas diferentes sobre o status de isenção de impostos, e o gerente me enviou um boletim estadual desatualizado (com mais de 10 anos) sobre o status de isenção de impostos (eu pesquisei no Google e encontrei a versão mais recente). Como a "taxa do governo" deste hotel excede a taxa do governo federal permitida, tentei colocar o excesso em um cartão pessoal. O funcionário não processou corretamente e acabou cobrando mais de $ 900 no meu cartão pessoal (em vez de alguns dólares). Tive que gastar 45 minutos resolvendo isso no dia seguinte.”

“Good location and above average breakfast. Well appointed rooms.
Beware it's located in a bar district with loud partying and revving engines until 2:00 AM. Rooms facing the main street should bring ear plugs. Also, the one-bedroom is actually a suite. There is no door separating the living area from the sleeping area. The bathroom has a barn door and provides no privacy. The room is like a traditional Embassy Suites room with a small kitchen.
This hotel is okay for a solo business traveler but not good for a family of four if you're looking for a bit of separation.”
