“Well let me first say the location was convenient and parking was suitable. The breakfast was pretty decent, can't complain. The pool area was kept clean and it was convenient that it was indoors. HOWEVER....We stayed there for 4 nights and they never cleaned our room. We would see housekeeping on our floor as we left our room, but would come back to an untouched room. We had to go down to reception to get more pillows, towels, toilet paper, etc. Then they decided to rip out and replace the carpet on the 4th floor hallway so all ( family) of ourshoes were destroyed by carpet glue. Then, even worse...we found a used bandaid at the foot of our bed after the kids rolled around the bed for a few minutes ! Horrible experience.Never again. I suggest paying a little extra and avoiding this hotel in general. Bueno, primero déjenme decir que la ubicación era conveniente y el estacionamiento era adecuado. Tuvimos que bajar a recepción para conseguir más almohadas, toallas, papel higiénico, etc. Luego decidieron arrancar y reemplazar la alfombra en el pasillo del cuarto piso para que todos (familia) de nuestros zapatos fueran destruidos por el pegamento para alfombras. Luego, lo que es peor... ¡encontramos una curita usada al pie de nuestra cama después de que los niños rodaran alrededor de la cama durante unos minutos! Horrible experiencia. Nunca más. Sugiero pagar un poco más y evitar este hotel en general.”

“The room was spacious and for the most part, clean. The carpets were slightly damp, HOPEFULLY from a recent carpet cleaning service... The indoor pool was clean and warm enough to swim in. Breakfast was great and had a large choice of foods to pick from.”
