“Where do I begin, overall the hotel has great amenities to offer, but the humid/muggy smell doesn't settle too well!! If you're Panamanian or of a Spanish speaking dialect you will feel more welcomed & that's very obvious! I checked out two nights early due to a family emergency back home, hotel management could've easily refunded the other nights, but after speaking to Daniel & leaving multiple messages I have YET to hear back or retrieve my funds. Even though the hotel was prebooked, a manager has the ultimate control of understanding....never again!”

“I think this is a nice hotel, but communication prior to arrival was really difficult. Responses were also very slow. Also the hotel smells damp, which is expected somewhat in humid climates but not so strongly. Staff was great and room service prices were very reasonable. Shout out to Tomas who is a bellhop. Great welcome and great energy.”
