Recepção moderna com tema típico Hardware Rock. Muito música, objetos de artistas e ótimos restaurantes no lobby. Escelente custo-benefício comparando outros hotéis na mesma região.

O hotel é de boa qualidade. O café da manhã é relativamente caro, é os combos de café da manhã são excessivamente grandes, no restaurante anexo. O check in é tarde (16:00) é o checkout cedo (11:00). O frigobar não é abastecido, nem com água, você tem que pedir.O local é bom, perto de uma área com bons bares, restaurante, teatro.

I’ll start with the positives, my friend and I stayed one night here and everything was great, granted it was a Tuesday so everything in the hotel was closed...the room was fabulous and seemingly clean, if I was solely rating the actual stay I would give it 5 stars, what knocks down my rating is what happened after I checked out. Long story short I was billed for “mini bar items” that we didn’t take, in fact we took nothing from the minibar. The only reason that I finally got a refund was NOT due to any help I got from the staff at the hotel, in the days after my stay I called the billing department, left a message and called and called, nothing...I finally tried emailing, only to have my emails come back to me as undeliverable. On the day of checkout, I ended up getting two invoices emailed to me, one with the correct amount and one with the extra mini bar charges. So my advice, as much as I recommend staying at this hotel, beware of any charges that might be added on to your bill

I loved that My husband surprised me with a suite with complementary champagne for my birthday. It was amazing the view was awesome and the bed was so comfy. We had a limit of 5 people to stay with us. And that was fine because it was safer for covid reasons. We stored all the alcohol in the drawersso it wouldn't be eaten and or drank by accident. We had brought our own alcohol and snacks, from the local stores that are 2 blocks away from the hotel.. Than we put everything back the next day. And we checked our bags to make sure we all had everything.. I would give this place 5 stars if they didn't charge us $62 claiming that we drank their alcohol when we never drank it. So that was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I dont think we would stay here again sadly.

Excelente ubicación, buenas habitaciones, personal sumamente amable y atento, siguiendo protocolos por el COVID, hay valet parking, ya que siempre hay problemas en el centro con el estacionamiento! Todo está cerca de hay solo tienes que caminar! Me encanto !

Clean and beautiful hotel! I will award this hotel a 5-star ranking. So far, they were the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in for a vacation. The swimming pool was clean and wet. The room I stayed in was so clean and cool. The bathroom was so tidy and smells so sweet. The staffs were so helpful and welcoming. It's highly recommended!

What a nice hotel to relax! The food was fresh, properly prepared, and a great value for the price. The staff and the Manager were also very helpful and professional. The most important was the place was very clean and organized. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It was highly recommended to all!

Awesome location! It’s walking distance from the beach as well as restaurants. The room was clean, beds were comfy, loved the bathroom, front desk people were nice as well as the valet. Overall a great experience.

This was a last-minute, one night stay and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Lovely hotel, very clean and modern rooms, and amenities, undercover parking, and great friendly service. It was such a memorable night that I had in this hotel. I love and adored the view. It was breathtaking.

The amenities at this hotel are great! There is a rooftop pool that I checked out but didn't use because it was raining. Their breakfast buffet is awesome and delicious. The hotel staff is accommodating to almost all your needs. I've stayed here twice already and at the tail end of our trip we will be staying here again!

This hotel is a gem! Wonderful location, spacious rooms, free snacks, and most importantly, amazing service. My entire experience in this hotel was great. The room was spaciously clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. The view from up above was breathtaking. I can see the entire city. The city lights at night were fascinating.

The location is top notch with excellent views. Parking is tough because you need to park at an adjacent parking garage but the walk is short. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. Will be returning soon.

Fui só para comprar uma camiseta e não fiquei no hotel. Estão estou avaliando só a loja.... pequena e com opções mais restritas que as dos grandes cafés mas cumpre o papel. Atendimento bom e preço normal praticado pela marca.Ou seja. Nada de novo...

Buenísima ubicación. Bastante lujoso y majestuoso con muchos motivos de artistas de rock. Comida bien. Alberca en la terraza, buenas vistas del área. El renombre de la cadena de cafés y hoteles. La pena es que cerraron el restaurante que estaba cercas,lo deberían de agregar aquí mismo. Lo malo es el precio muy elevado.
