“I was not there I was in the parking lot at the hotel next to it stressed out apparently and the maintenance man noticed it so he asked me what was my problem I told him I don't know the area and I need to pick up some people in my bus early in the morning so he tried hard to help me find my way with my GPS and we couldn't find it so he told me to try the lady at the desk ... real nice lady she went out of her way to try to help me find this spot even though I'm not a customerAll I know is I wish I stayed at this hotel even though the one over there is nice this one looks nicer but the staff just impressed me with their super friendlinessI really appreciate the both of them I got it straight Amber and Rob just fantastic people and I'm straight now”
