By far, the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in Nashville. I stayed at the hotel for a business event. I was in room 224, and I loved the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was nice. My only complaint is there is a door in the room that leads to a suite mate/neighbor. Because it wasn’t a wall, I could hear them talking and their child was screaming and stomping on the floors until midnight. I had just got in from an exhausting flight and I was so tired. I called the front desk and and requested that they give them a call and I even mentioned if I could switch rooms, which was not accommodated. They called, and to no avail, the child was still screaming and they were slamming their doors and were just obnoxiously loud. I liked the hotel but if you stay here, I would advise that you choose a room where you don’t have a doorway that goes to the room next to you and you have a private room. Other than that, I enjoyed the room but I didn’t get much sleep for my event the next day. I would request a diffeeent quiet room next time.

Hampton Inn & Suites is wonderful. I'm particular about cleanliness and our room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly during check in and check out. The location is perfect to walk to the park or nearby restaurants. The free breakfast is also a great perk. Highly recommend and will continue to stay here when we visit Nashville.

We got a suite here for a few days to visit family in Nashville. The breakfast was very good, but had some interesting meat choices for breakfast. Chicken tenders and cut up frozen hot dogs were a little interesting, but everything else was good. We were given clean linens and towels. The beds were okay (I'm picky about a mattress). I gave the rooms 4 out of 5 stars because when I walked bare foot across the floor the bottom of my feet were black... I wasn't to keen on the cleanliness of the floor.

We always stay at a Hilton group hotel. This Hampton has been by far the worst we’ve stayed in. 1. The lower shelf above the towel rack had a layer of dust on it. 2. There was a bottle of lotion at the very top shelf above the towels 3. The bathtub creaked badly when stepped in, felt like it was going to break 4. The hot water tap was over turned thus the joining between the tap and the table was wearing loose 5. The tub is plugged up, water will pool while showering 6. The shower adjustments would not change unless you turned off the water. 7. The shower curtain was short in length and width. 8. The pillows were flat. REALLY FLAT. 9. The lady doing the breakfast was not pleasant. We were getting my hot breakfast and it happened to be by the door she needed to get in. No “excuse me”, she squeezed herself between us and the door. We realized she was trying to get by so we moved and said “sorry”, and not even a “it is ok” or “thank you”. 10. A lot of things in the room was “loose” - plugs, switches, lamps… 11. The chairs in the dining area need to be changed/refurnished. You sit in them and you sink way down. 12. The sausage links were dry and hard. For about $250/night, it was not impressive for a Hilton group hotel.

We arrived after 10:00 p.m., the front attendant was quite nice and we got checked in. But the room located on the first floor was absolutely horrible. There were huge chunks of dust hanging from the AC grate, and the floor was soaking wet in and around the area of the AC unit and all along the wall where the sleeper sofa was. Not damp, but SOAKING. The weren't enough linens for the pullout bed and the extra blanket from the closet was damp. There was no soap, so we were given extra body gel to wash our hands. The toilet was not flush with the floor and the caulking around it was brown and completely cracked all the way around the base. The tub/shower floor was brown. Two of my kids refused to shower in it and one wore his flip flops. I told the attendant at check out and sadly, she did not look or sound surprised at all. I wrote Hilton and was told someone from the hotel would be in touch within 3 days and I haven't heard a peep. They obviously don't care about the condition of some of their hotel rooms so why would they bother emailing or calling an Honors member? Needless to say, we skipped breakfast and got out of there as fast as we could.
