Wonderful hotel with great access to the Target Center! We went to the Women’s Big Ten Tournament and didn’t have to leave the skywalk! Front desk workers were so helpful! They suggested putting our parking bill on our room bill for 1/2 the price the city would charge! The breakfast was excellent and the workers were so helpful! Great food and always nice and hot! Housekeeping workers were so accommodating and got us exactly what we needed! We will be back next year for the tournament and we will stay again!!

We attended an even at the Target center. Honestly, this is the best stay I have had with a Hilton hotel since before 2020. I had an extra feeling of security with access to the hotel and elevators had to be by room card or digital key. The room was very nice and clean. All hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was warm, and there was no shortage of any kind of food. I loved that the parking ramps are easy to access and get to. We hardly had to be on the street downtown (except when checking in). It was seriously one of the best stays and I really felt every cent was well paid for when staying here.

Jacob and Mai are what every business should hope for out of employees. I had a stay this weekend and went above and beyond to fix an issue there was with a room. I can not give enough praise for a job well done and the care they put into the guests. Hampton Inn is extremely fortunate to have them representing the company

We went to see a show at the Orpheum and stayed here for a couple of nights. The location was nice because we wanted to go to the North loop, but also a couple of places downtown. The front desk service was fine, but not overly friendly or approachable. The rooms were decent, but nothing to set it apart from others. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Also appreciate that they had the coffee available throughout the day.

Our stay was excellent. Awesome customer service friendly and helpful. Clean modern rooms. I always believe there is room for improvement so I never leave 10 as a feedback but there is really nothing I can think of that would have made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you for the Minnesota hospitality!

We pay a lot of money to park there. They took over a half hour to bring us our car from the parking garage, even after calling ahead. Every thing else was great about the place. I would stay there...
