“We absolutely LOVED this hotel. We checked in late but staff went above and beyond. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good with lots of options. The beds were comfy and the room was spotless. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!”

“What a well designed and beautiful hotel. We came up to Santa Fe for a show and we were so happy we booked a night here. The pool was great! The pillows were so cozy and the rooms were clean and lovely. The one thing that wasn't lovely was the homeless guy in the lobby with his shopping cart? I was concerned for the young lady working the desk to be left alone down there to deal with homeless men all by herself. I hope the hotel finds a way to keep the homeless out and the front staff safe.”

Typical Hilton. Decent place but bring your sunglasses for the hallway and bathroom lights. They're like tiny collapsed stars. Weird thermostat that doesn't seem to do anything, with a fan that blows right on it that you can't turn off. Also there was a fair amount of hair under the comforter and the shower head sprays in every direction it wasn't designed to. Usual hotel stuff.

As a Full Service Travel Agent I'm very careful about writing reviews about any property. In this case this property and especially David the General Manager deserve 10 stars if I could give them to him. Aside from every other reviews comments, yes the breakfast is delicious! The property is truly a Hilton beautiful and clean! The bathrooms are shower are lavish! But sometimes things happen and travel and our stay is not seamless and only Management can make things right. David is #1 in problem resolution and I plan to book my clients at this property just because of him and his professionalism and customer service. Thanks David!

Wonderful experience. Nice rooms. Good size. Super great location to meow wolf. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was super pet friendly. The front desk was helpful and great to work with.
