What made this visit even better was the politeness and attention from Darrell Abney who was working the front desk when I arrived after a long day in the car. “This was a few overnights for a business trip. The location was fantastic, just west of the city (lower room taxes also) with easy access to US50. The hotel was super clean, modern and quiet. Being a Hilton Honors Gold member, Regina at the desk upgraded me (Thank you Regina) to 317. Nice large room, mini fridge and microwave, cold AC and super comfortable king bed. The morning breakfast was great, eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage as well as waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels, cereals, large selection of fresh fruit (both cut/mixed and whole to go). The orange juice tasted like orange juice (I've been places it tastes nasty, just horrible). All the staff I spoke with were very polite and friendly! Housekeeping did an amazing job... this Hilton property ranks in the top of my 'will stay again' locations. Everything was clean and worked as it should, no funny smells either. Great job!!!”
