“Overall this place is on one of the best locations on Lake Tahoe. It has tons of activities as well as S’mores every night for kids. But, there were some things that definitely made our trip a bit disappointing. First off, when we arrived at the Bistro we noticed there were 3 Hosts and 3 Waiters. We were seated and someone came up and poured water into our glasses. It took 15 minutes to get a waiter we had to actually ask someone to take our orders and I expected better. Our food took 50 minutes! We saw our food sitting on the counter and I could see how the waiters had absolutely no idea which was going to who. Our food was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes! The service at the Bistro is absolutely horrible. I expected better from a fabulous hotel like this. Unfortunately, not everything met our expectations here.”

“The Bistro has the most wonderful staff. And the food is to die for!! Cocktails are fabulous as well as the wine list! I highly recommend! Make your reservations early, they fill up fast, but they're so worth it!!”
