“The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! when reserving I ask for a connecting room they said yes have then. Then I called in the evening to made sure we had a connecting room the hotel again said yes we had it reserved! When we got here and asked again about the connecting room the guy said yes you have one for you. After checking in from a 4 hour drive we come in our room and it's NOT a connecting rm.my husband goes down stairs ask about and the response was" I can't do anything about it you sign the contract. "”

“Tudo correu bem até o check out. Nós já tínhamos saído do quarto e já tínhamos feito o check-out. Literalmente saindo quando um dos caras da limpeza grita com meu marido para voltar a subir. Achamos que ele seria legal e nos avisar que esquecemos algo. Ele reclamou porque havia uma toalha no chão com uma mancha “preta”. Suas palavras foram “você limpou os sapatos com a toalha ou algo assim? Você não faz isso. Isso não está bem ”. (O que ele não fez) meu marido cortou o cabelo antes de ir para Mexicali, então ele lavou no hotel e limpou o que restou com a toalha. Mesmo se tivesse, é seu trabalho limpar e lavar as coisas do hotel.”
