Afastado da estrada. Que lindo hotel. O terreno tem 3 ou 4 níveis. Cada nível tinha sua própria piscina, bar tiki ao ar livre, misturado com refeições ao ar livre. Fabuloso .

Tucked away from the road. What a beautiful hotel. The grounds has 3 or 4 levels. Each level had it's own pool, outdoor tiki bar, mixed in with outdoor dining. Fabulous .

Does Andaz Maui even need Google reviews? Well, I have nothing but good things to say about the facility, the staff, the decorations, and everything else. I genuinely can’t think of a single bad thing about this Hyatt Property. Absolute perfection.

Nós amamos este local e resort. Não é um grande resort, nós experimentamos a melhor e mais relaxante estadia por dois anos consecutivos. Todo mundo foi extremamente amável. We love this location and resort.It's not a big resort, we experienced the best and most relaxing stay two years in a row. Everyone was extremely accomdating. All personnel we encountered, from valet, check-in, guest services, beach side / pool side or restaurant / bar were delightful and service was exceptional.Thank you, we'll definitely be back.

Nós se hospedaram no Andaz por 3 noites no final de duas semanas de férias. Embora a propriedade fosse realmente limpa, com vistas deslumbrantes e piscinas infinitas deslumbrantes, o serviço da equipe de serviços ao hóspede era horrível. Eles foram muito rudes e realmente fizeram parecer que não tinham nenhum interesse em ajudar - não que não pudessem. We stayed at the Andaz for 3 nights at the end of a two week holiday. Although the property was really clean with gorgeous views and stunning infinity pools, the service of the guest services staff was awful. They were quite rude and really just made it seem like they didn’t have any interest in helping - not that they couldn’t. My partner and I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and never have I been charged 14 dollars for a small carafe of milk to have a coffee in the room. Felt like they would take any opportunity to gauge you. The valet and bar / restaurant service staff were all amazing, but I will not be staying here again.

A experiência de lua de mel mais incrível que poderíamos pedir. O resort é impressionante, a equipe é incrível. TODOS foram tão gentis e prestativos. Fizemos vários passeios de ônibus com o manobrista (serviço gratuito) e cada um deles forneceu um serviço excelente e foram muito amigáveis. As vistas são de tirar o fôlego, do seu quarto, da piscina, dos restaurantes. As múltiplas piscinas infinitas eram tão agradáveis, e fazia você se sentir separado dos outros hóspedes, tornando uma experiência privada mais íntima. Não queríamos ir embora e até tentamos prolongar a nossa estadia. Mas vamos estar de volta! Obrigado Hotel Andaz e todos os funcionários !!

The most amazing honeymoon experience we could ask for. The resort is STUNNING, the staff are amazing. EVERYBODY was so kind and helpful. We’ve taken multiple shuttle rides with the valet guys (complimentary service) and every single one of them provided outstanding service and were so friendly. The views are breathtaking, from your room, the pool, restaurants. The multiple infinity pools were so nice, and it made you feel spread out from other guests, making a more intimate private experience. We did not want to leave and even tried to extend our stay. But we will be back!! Thank you Andaz hotel and all the staff!!

Minha esposa e eu reservamos o quarto com piscina de paralisação, que era inútil, uma vez que se conectava aos outros 3 quartos em uma pequena piscina rasa. A piscina não era aquecida e as espreguiçadeiras ficavam em um local onde nunca receberiam luz solar. Além disso, você está pagando com manobrista cada vez que chega com sua viagem, que é de 40 dólares por manobrista (que não tínhamos conhecimento). Além dessas duas quedas, a atmosfera era romântica e parecida com uma lua de mel. O quarto era grande, tinha dois banheiros, uma cama king-size e um box amplo. Por último, a equipe foi extremamente agradável. O spa fez um excelente trabalho e o pequeno-almoço diário era saboroso.

Nosso resort favorito em Maui - estivemos aqui 52 noites nos últimos seis anos e adoramos. A propriedade é linda, com belas piscinas em cascata e árvores e flores exuberantes. O quarto king-size de frente para o mar que sempre temos é elegante e discreto, com um ótimo chuveiro. Geralmente, há lugares sentados à beira da piscina em cadeiras confortáveis e guarda-sóis largos.

Os funcionários são bem treinados e muito bem informados. As atividades de cortesia foram incríveis, definitivamente recomendo assistir às aulas diárias! A única coisa que gostaria de acrescentar à minha avaliação é ficar longe de restaurantes, especialmente aquele que oferece buffet de café da manhã. Eu tentei café da manhã e jantar, mas o serviço foi 1/10, a comida foi 5/10, o ambiente foi 7/10. Prefiro ir a restaurantes locais ou mesmo supermercados.

My wife and I booked the walkout pool room, which was useless since it connected to the other 3 rooms in a small shallow pool. The pool wasn't heated and the lounge chairs were in a spot where they will never receive sunlight. Also you are paying for valet each time you come in with your trip which is 40 dollars per valet (which we weren't aware of ). Other than those two downfalls, the atmosphere was romantic and honeymoon-like. The room was big, had two bathrooms, a king bed and a walk in shower. Lastly, the staff was extremely nice. The spa did a great job and daily breakfast was tasty.

Staffs are well trained and very knowledgeable. Complimentary activities were amazing, definitely recommend to attend daily class! Only thing I’d add on to my review is to stay away from the restaurants, especially the one offers breakfast buffet. I’ve tried both breakfast and dinner but the service was 1/10, food was 5/10, ambience was 7/10. I’d rather go to local restaurants or even grocery stores.

Our favorite resort in Maui - we’ve stayed here 52 nights in the past six years and love it. The property is gorgeous, with beautiful cascading pools and lush trees and flowers. The king-sized oceanfront room we always get is elegant and understated, with a great shower. There’s usually ample poolside seating on comfortable chairs and wide umbrellas.

O que é um ótimo hotel. A área da piscina de volta com vista para o oceano com suas piscinas infinitas de vários níveis é de longe o melhor que já experimentei. Boa comida e bebidas nas cabanas. Morimoto's é um bônus adicional, mas você deve fazer reservas com antecedência. Mesmo com o Luau, se essa for a sua praia. Vistas deslumbrantes dos quartos. Sem dúvida vamos voltar!

For the money they charge we would have been better off staying at the Four Seasons. The staff was the least bit knowledgeable, the rooms were mediocre, they don’t have enough beach chairs to provide guests; the food menu is so limited and basic.The pool food, room service and bar food are all exactly the the same. No variation.It’s basically a glorified Hyatt. Oh and the breakfast buffet was just poor. We tried a few times to have the concierge book us restaurant reservations at on property restaurants and were told that unfortunately all the restaurants were fully committed until October.Yes October. It took us calling the four seasons concierge to get us dinner reservations on their property all 3 nights of our stay at the Andaz. Yes that’s correct, the neighboring hotel was more helpful than where we were staying and paying $2000 a night.I overheard many of the same complaints. I would never stay there again.

We stayed for almost a week and the hospitality was excellent. Jeremy was extremely helpful in accommodating our stay requests and got us a tranquil room. The beach crew was excellent and very helpful in helping us learn new skills!Overall, the hotel is quite well designed, lot of light, cross ventilation across the board and very well designed and comfortable rooms.

What a great hotel. The back pool area over looking the ocean with its multi level infinity pools is by far the best I have experienced. Good food and drinks at the cabanas. Morimoto's is an added bonus but you must make reservations early. Same with the Luau if that is your thing. Amazing views from the rooms. Will definitely return!

I picked this hotel because of listed amenities - but sure am glad I did! It is everything I wanted from a Hawaiian hotel. It has the quaint vibe I was looking for but also the lavish pools, rooms and beach. Staff was amazing, very attentive poolside service, ALL the towels you need, welcome lei, variety of great restaurants. Just an amazing experience - I tell everyone how wonderful it was. My hotel on the next island was a very different experience - which just confirmed my lasting impression on Andaz. You will not be sorry to stay here!!

This was one of the most amazing hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It starts with the gorgeous open air hotel lobby and continues with the amazing customer service. The food at all the restaurants in the hotel was over the top amazing! The pool was modern, pristine, stylish and had great service around it. Of course, Maui is one of the most beautiful places in the world to visit. Definitely recommend the Andaz Maui at Wailea! 😎

Really good hotel, loved the resort, loved the hotel room! It’s huge, beautiful and new. The only one disappointment that doesn’t have a nice beach with white sand and blue water. Just because of it I would want to pay such an expensive price per night, it is from $650 up to $1200 per night(depend on the room, view or villas) Breakfast all you can it is $50 per person. But honestly I didn’t like Maui island much, because it’s not much to do besides hang out at the resort. My preference was Oahu North Shore

Pro tips: - If you want peace and quiet, request a room that overlooks the Tranquility pool. We were given a room overlooking the main lawn - with the open air bar and live music that lasted far longer than the front desk promised. We moved on day two. - Don't let them bring the luggage to your room for you unless you're prepared to wait an hour or two. I would have rather hauled it the short distance myself. - The Marriott is a short walk and their breakfast buffet is MUCH cheaper. Keeping those in mind - spectacular property with lovely rooms. Terraced pools, hot tub, easy beach access. Room itself was very comfortable. A very indulgent vacation destination.
