“The front desk rep was sweet and did what she could to assist us. The whole hotel was horrible. Super outdated. Chipped stained walls, beds were poorly made, rooms smelled like smoke and there was a roach in my room. We booked 3 rooms and it was just so terrible we couldn't stay there so they moved us to comfort inn.”

“The room was spacious and had a mini fridge. The hotel is know for their HOT BUFFET BREAKFAST. We were only given a muffin & juice on our 3 day stay at the hotel. I understand Coronavirus & the social restrictions, but you could have offered the same breakfast with takeout options only.”
