O quarto é razoável. Peca por a casa de banho ser mt pequena. E o pior msm, é ter que sair do hotel para tomar o pequeno almoço. Mas em compensação,tem um dos melhores pequenos almoços que já comi.

Depois de 10 meses estou de volta Madeira linda! Volto com o coração cheio de amor por esta ilha maravilhosa. Mas volto a dizer mais maravilhoso é o seu povo! Volto para Pestana com certeza de ser bem recebida pela Marlene Dória que agora mora no meu coração. Pelo todo staff sempre atento para as nossas preferências no café da manhã pela eficiência e delicadeza do Abrão Furtado. Pelas muito queridas recepcionistas Tânia, Jéssica a simpática Nathalie que logo se lembrou de mim. Como é bom nos sentir assim. Obrigada Pestana pelo cuidado do seu staff vocês merecem todo sucesso! Good hotel, wouldn’t recommend it for long stay. More of a place for short stay and functions then holidays. Huge hotel with one medium size outdoor pool. Food ok but not great. Rooms decent but nothing major. Overall an ok experience but wowed as expected

Great place to stay.We had an apartment with sea view and it was superb.The breakfast at the hotel was excellent.My only negative comment would be that no tea towels provided.We would stay here again.

This is not a 4 star hotel- at least not the 4 star you could expect. It reminds me of a Travelodge. The decor looks dated. On the bed there is a plastic cover on the mattress- it makes you sweat a lot during the night. The pillos are of a very bad standard- after a few dsys of use it is difficult to get the to notmal shape. Plastic chairs and table on the balcony that are looking quite tired and armchair(?)in the room- big, old and unnecesary. The worst bit is that our room is dacing the street- very busy street. As a result the noise wont let you slerp at night and wake you up in the morning. If you are dreaming about having a pecefull coffee in the morning this is not the hotel to do it. The kitchenette consist of fridgemicrowave, small sink and kettle. Cant really prepare any meals there and only fridge is useful. The bathroom seems updated, clean and basic. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely if uou are staying, make sure you are have pool view.

We stayed for a week at these apartments last Summer, and our experience was great. The breakfast buffet was very well assorted with quality food. The room and all hotel facilities were fantastic, the views were amazing. The whole staff was very kind, helpful and dedicated, especially Jessica, our receptionist. The studios have a small kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, dishes, etc., which we used to heat up our baby's puree. We always pack frozen home-made puree for our baby, so we need hotel rooms with a fridge a stove. The bathroom had a shower, but Jessica got us a baby bathtub to bathe him. There were many different pools, which we enjoyed every day. There was also bus stop at the door where you can take buses to the airport and other places on the island and within Funchal. We were very well located in Funchal and could walk almost everywhere. When we went to Monte for the tropical gardens, we used the cable car and the buses. I would definitely come back to stay at this place.

El hotel esta genial, muy limpio, comodo, el personal muy agradable, informandote y facilitandote todo lo que necesites. El que tengas tu pequeña cocina suma, en cuanto a comodidad, porque puedes prepararte lo que quieras si no te apetece salir del hotel. Las comidas se realuzan en el Pestana Casino y son muy buenas y variadas

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. At night sometimes a bit loud when you're sleeping with the window open. As it belongs to the neighbouring Pestana Hotel you may use their gym and pool too. The rooms were nice. Would have wished for hooks im the bathroom though.

Staying for a week with 2 teens and a 5-yr old. Really comfortable beds, clean rooms, quiet (with the doors shut), located 10 mins from town with a peaceful ambiance around the small pool. There’s a couple of things that could be better - it’s not really suitable for self catering if you need to cook meals; the balconies are small, so we swapped our sea views on floor 4 for a pair of rooms on the ground floor because we can sit together on the terrace. Things to bring: corkscrew; tea towels; decent tea & coffee; kitchen utensils if you’re planning to cook. Things not to bring: pool towels; shower gel/shampoo; hairdryer. What makes this such a great holiday, though, are the reception staff - incredibly helpful. They really do want to make sure everything is as good as it could possibly be. In a city full of friendly locals, it’s amazing but they manage to stand out.

Muy limpio y acogedor, las chicas de la recepción muy amables. Me parece que les falta un salón o terraza para tomar un café por la mañana o una copa por la noche. Tuve que pedir un sobre de café a la chica de limpieza, ya que en la habitación no había y ella tampoco tenía. Son detalles que hacen diferencia.

Preciosos estudios, acogedores y muy agradables. El lugar inmejorable, la atención del personal estupenda. Un lugar muy agradable en el que poder disfrutar de Funchal. La habitación y baño amplios, luminoso, con una pequeña terraza para disfrutar del aire libre y la zona de piscina ideal. Sin duda un fantástico lugar.

Great location...the facilities at the hotel across the road are brilliant and the breakfast outstanding.The apartments are beautifully decorated with lovely bedding making for a lot of lovely sleep.The road is noisy outside but with the doors closed at night heard nothing.A must is the Beer and Wine restaurant just 150m ..... shame we only found it on our last night.We couldnt be more relaxed.... a 45 yr old..42 year old and 10 year old.
