The room was nice and comfortable. Little kitchen style room. Service was nice and friendly when we arrived. Didn't stay long to give a in depth review, but I would stay again.

Quartos muito grandes. Equipe amigável. Legal e Limpo. A piscina estava fechada ontem, mas a recepção disse que poderíamos usar o Hilton ao lado. Café da manhã quente decente. Ficaria aqui novamente. :)

A equipe foi ótima o café da manhã continental foi bom, mas esta qualidade do quarto foi decepcionante, luminária no banheiro não funcionou e foi incrivelmente úmido no quarto. A alta umidade estava fazendo com que o papel de parede descascasse e o chão e a roupa de cama parecia molhada durante toda a estadia.

The staff was great the continental breakfast was good but this quality of the room was disappointing, light fixture in the bathroom didn’t work and it was incredibly humid in the room.The high humidity was causing the wall paper to peel and the floor and bedding felt wet throughout the stay.

Very large rooms. Friendly staff. Nice and clean. Pool was closed yesterday but the front desk said we could use the next door Hilton one. Decent hot breakfast. Would stay here again. :)

Everything was great! Customer service, front desk staff was awesome, they went above & beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here if your looking for something that has great amenities & awesome staff I strongly suggest staying here, you won't be disappointed 😊

Hilton sempre foi minha preferência para ficar longe de casa.. a piscina hoje estava com uma cor verde suave e turva. Foi-me dito que era da chuva recente. Honestamente, estávamos ao lado do Channelview, a menos que essa chuva fosse alguns dias antes da nossa chegada. No geral, a cama nos quartos é confortável, os travesseiros são como deitar a cabeça nas nuvens, haha. Eu dormi bem. ENTENDI não obter brkfst pics mas sempre têm cereais/brkfst sanduíche seleção, frutas, iogurte, waffle, etc. Qualquer estadia Hilton que tivemos o prazer de encontrar foram fantásticas. Lavanderia n sala de musculação era limpo. Obrigada.

Excelente localização para chegar aos locais de Baytown na saída da I-10, Highway 246 e Highway 99. Curta distância de carro das atrações de Mount Belvieu e Houston. A suíte do hotel atendeu a todas as necessidades (geladeira, micro-ondas e louças) para aproveitar o tempo de inatividade. Além de piscina e lavanderia gratuita. Quarto espaçoso e limpo agradável.

Prós: estacionamento conveniente e decente, funcionários simpáticos (grite para Isabell!), Forneceremos uma área de cozinha. Contras: o café da manhã é uma refeição medíocre pré-fabricada para micro-ondas com um micro-ondas que cozinha demais. Mistura de waffle diluída, apenas 1 fabricante, nunca mais do que 3 muffins de cada vez e sem Nutella ou manteiga de amendoim para o pão / bagels velhos. Esperamos mais do Hilton e estamos desapontados com esta propriedade relativamente nova.

Pros:convenient, decent parking, friendly staff (shout out to Isabell!), we’ll stocked kitchen area. Cons:bfast is mediocre premade microwaveable fare with one microwave that overcooks. Watered down waffle mix, only 1 maker, never more than 3 muffins out at a time & no Nutella or peanut butter for the stale bread/bagels. We expect more from Hilton & we’re disappointed in this fairly new property.

Great location to get to Baytown locations off I-10, Highway 246 and Highway 99. Short drive to Mount Belvieu and Houston attractions as well. Hotel suite met all needs (refrigerator,microwave and dishes) to enjoy downtime. Plus pool and free laundry. Nice clean spacious room.

Hilton has always been my preference to stay away from home.. pool today was a mild murky green color. I was told it was from the recent rain. Honestly, we were next door at Channelview, unless this rain was a few days prior to our arrival. Overall, bed in the rooms are comfy, pillows are like laying your head on the clouds, haha. I slept well. I didn't get brkfst pics but they always have a cereal/brkfst sandwich selection, fruits, yogurt, waffle making, etc. Any Hilton stay we've had the pleasure to encounter have been fantastic. Laundry n weight room was clean. Thank you.

Bom hotel. Eu diria que o que tornou a experiência melhor foi a senhora da recepção, Laura. TODA VEZ que entramos, ela nos cumprimentou e sorriu e foi muito útil em nos ajudar imediatamente se precisássemos de alguma coisa ou sugestão de um lugar para comer ou visitar. acolhedor e prestativo, em vez de sentar e não cumprimentar com um sorriso e agir como se não quisesse estar lá.

Nice hotel. I’d say what made the experience best was the front desk lady,Laura. EVERYTIME we came in she greeted us and smiled and was so helpful on helping us immediately if we needed anything or suggestion to a place to eat or visit.We met couple at the hotel and even they agreed.I would suggest your other employees being more welcoming and helpful instead of sitting and not greeting with a smile & acting like they don’t want to be there.

We are still here but don't want to leave. Everything has been great for our stay. Staff have been amazing. A special shout out to Stacy at the front desk last evening. The sweetest woman ever and helped make my surprise Anniversary even better. We have stayed at many hotels but never had such a great stay as we have here

Literally here now and have called front desk over 11 times with no answer!! It’s hot!!! Been sweating all night, can’t get assistance. So here my children and I have to sweat. Not sure why the control on my ac is broke but no one to report problem too! NEVER BOOKING AGAIN!! So many hotels nearby, I choose this one thinking I paid more to get better service but WRONG! Pay more to have the worst experience ever!!!!!!! Just ashamed and way to give HILTON a bad name! Hate that I even have to select a one star!

It was a good overnight stay. With the room that we got, It had a curtain partition between the living room and the bed. This was a great simple feature to keep the kids from waking up when the parents are in the bed. Would stay here again!

Muy agradable y tranquilo ,el servicio a los cuartos es excelente y los cuartos siempre limpios ,los desayunos son excelentes y gratis ,al igual que el laundry es gratis también, llevo casi mes 1/2 quedándome aquí y no me quiero ir ,el Gerente también es muy atento y amable al igual que algunos empleados del front desk!!
