Muy buena atención, excelente higiene. Deberían tener mejor calidad y mayor variedad de comidas en el restaurante. El hotel es muy agradable.

Custo benefício excelente!!! Quartos e banheiros espaçosos, camas confortáveis, bom café da manhã e funcionários atenciosos. E ainda fica perto do aeroporto de Santiago.

Me hospedei pela avaliação do booking mas não correspondeu a nota. Ambiente simples mais para quem faz hospedagem rápida tipo mochileiro. Preço alto pelo que oferece. café da manhã bom. Bem ao lado tem o hotelAl magro O que é muito mais aconchegante um excelente café da manhã ótimo atendimento excelentes quartos e cobrem o preço do city express fazendo a reserva no balcão. Mesmo pagando um pouquinho a mais vale a pena pois é muito superior ao city express. Para quem é muito preocupado com o bem-estar animal, vale a pena comprar um saco de ração pequeno para dar aos animais abandonados. No Chile é grande a quantidade de cachorros na rua e abandonados.

Front desk is efficient, it is hard to give enough info when eating breakfast and dinner inside the room. Cleaning is excellent, everyday the room looks like brand new. Heating and cooling system works excellent. 4 stars is only because the location of the hotel, good for airport with the free shuttle but if you eant tp go to the city center, you may wait a while, try to reserve your ride in advance.

La atención muy buena. Y la pieza super cómoda y amplia Pero cuando recibí el desayuno me sentí como en un internado. La pandemia no es excusa para noesmerarse en la presentación. Y el baño, el agua de la ducha tibia.

Located within the vicinity of Aruturo Benitez airport. Well priced and conveniently located. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good quality toilteries provided. Bedding and towels nice and clean. Free WiFi activated within 5-10 minutes of check in. WiFi is fast. Menu is limited and room service is available. Pandemic restrictions are applicable. Food was reasonably priced and tasty. Smooth check out and drop off to airport arranged by the hotel. Recommend for short stay and lay overs for domestic connections.

Debí hacer cuarentena obligatoria en este hotel por regresar del extanjero. La comida era muy buena, pero se demoraban demasiado en llevarla a la habitación, o se olvidaban de llevarme el almuerzo, entonces debía llamar varias veces a la recepción. Lo mismo volvía a repetirse al día siguiente. Un día el almuerzo llegó a las 16:30. La limpieza y la infraestructura estuvo bien. Lo malo es que no habían ventanas que se pudieran abrir, por lo cual estuve 5 días encerrado con el mismo aire. Desde la habitación no se pueden hacer llamadas a celular, sólo a número fijo. Las personas que quisieron llamarme por teléfono a la habitación tuvieron dificultades para hacerlo, ya que les respondía una grabación automática que decía que no se podía hablar con los huéspedes. Sí ellos de todos modos continuaban en línea, después del rato contestaban desde la recepción del hotel y comunicaban a la habitación. La vista desde mi habitación era horrible, un peladero de tierra y muchos buses estacionados.

Llegué en un camión 3/4 , el portón estaba cerrado y el guardia me grita del otro lado , por qué no tuvo ni la educación de acercarse , que estaba todo completo . Llamo a los 5 minutos a recepción y me dicen qué hay habitaciones disponibles.

Excellent. They have a warm staff and a restaurant with delicious meals. It went beyond my expectations. They also offer shuttle back and forth the airport.

Hotel cerca del Aeropuerto Internacional de Santiago. Muy buena atención. Traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto incluidos. Con todos los protocolos Covid-19 Muy buena cena...menú del día...completo y contundente....incluye gaseosa y postre. Recomendable.

Bem localizado, próximo ao aeroporto de Santiago. Ótima sinalização para acesso ao local. Ambiente familiar, comida boa , camas limpas, quarto amplo com duas camas de casal e com boas roupas de cama. Estacionamento e hi fi, grátis. Chuveiro bom. Ferro e tábua de passar. E secador de cabelo. Ótimo para quem precisa de um local para descansar próximo ao aeroporto. Atendimenti atencioso. Preço bom também.

Excellent stay.As of 18 Jan 2020 the free airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes 24/7.All of the staff were very polite and help.The clerk offered late-checked when I arrived.The room was clean with a good blackout curtain, and breakfast was good.

The hotel has very clean rooms and very polite staff.The location of the hotel is perfect - 4km from the airport.There is a transfer, but the driver needs to check the direction, or there is a chance to go the other way (as happened with us. However, then everyone understood the mistake and safely delivered to the hotel).Breakfast is included in the price, from 14.30 you can use the dining room.The food is delicious, the portions are gigantic! :)

Clean and modern hotel. Perfect for a stopover. Nothing to eat nearby except their restaurant (which looked decent) and an excellent breakfast. My only feedback would be to make their shuttle instructions more clear. I would call them ahead of your trip and double check they have your name on the list. If all else fails, go to Salida 6 and there is a gentleman standing there with a sign.
