“Do not waste your time here! The front desk people are the worst part of it all!!! They are horrible at communicating with there team & they do nothin to help. We had already booked our rooms for 10 days and had already charged our card…yet to come to find out 8 hours later that they want to charge us more money for rooms we had already paid for! They try and give your rooms to other guests when they have already been booked! There continental breakfast isn’t “free” but a small box of cereal. This hotel is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in! Do yourself a favor & turn around!!”

“Fantastic service from night manager checked in on Sunday after a crazy trip into town, our bags were lost, we had gotten in well after midnight and the front desk / night audit was fantastic. Such a nice gentlemen’ I wish I got his name. But I informed Vanessa the morning agent about him. She was very kind as well and helped with a late check out as we needed to wait for airport to receive our bags!”
