El personal de este hotel de franquicia hace todo lo posible, pero es bastante obvio que entre bastidores están librando una batalla perdida. The staff at this franchise hotel try their hardest but it's quite obvious behind the scenes they are fighting a losing battle. Some deep maintenance and cleaning is required in the rooms Loose taps Blocked sinks Shabby desk chairs Broken mirror frames Thread bare towels Half the freeview HD channels not available Ineffective air con No fridges Lift still not working after months of complaints It should be much better Thanks for staying open though, all the staff work so hard and try their best to resolve the constant problems ...come on DoubleTree

Até agora, uma experiência chocante. Os biscoitos dados ao nosso filho no check-in tinham nozes, então ele teve uma reação. Algo oferecido assim deveria ser livre de alérgenos, fomos pegos desprevenidos - em parte por nossa culpa. O menu do restaurante é ruim, na melhor das hipóteses. Escolha tão pequena e lixo. Tudo no menu estava esgotado, então basicamente tínhamos as sobras. A mesa em que estávamos sentados estava quebrada e balançava tanto que você derramou suas bebidas. Não é o que eu esperava de um Hilton. O quarto é bom, mas só isso. Ah, e £ 5 por veículo por dia no estacionamento? Verdade?? Dia 1 de nossa estadia ... deveria ter ido para uma pousada premier !!

Edifício encantador, interior agradável e quartos agradáveis. Esteticamente parece 4 estrelas. Infelizmente, o resto é bastante pobre. O café da manhã era lento, os colchões eram sólidos, os pratos nos corredores devido a péssimos serviços de limpeza. Ok para o preço, não voltaria.

So far a shocking experience. Cookies given to our son on check in had nuts in them so he had a reaction. Something offered like that should be allergen free, we were caught off guard- partly our fault. The restaurant menu is poor at best. So small and rubbish choice. Everything on the menu was sold out so we basically had leftovers. Table we were sat at was broken and wobbled so bad you spill your drinks. Not what I expect from a Hilton at all. The room is nice but that’s about it. Oh and £5 per vehicle per day in the car park? Really?? Day 1 of our stay... should’ve gone to a premier inn!!

Lovely building, nice interior and nice rooms. Aesthetically looks about 4 star. Unfortunately, the rest is fairly poor. Breakfast was slow, mattresses solid, dishes in the corridors due to bad cleaning services. Okay for the price, wouldn't return.

Lovely hotel, great rooms and service. Staff particularly helpful and polite. They could do with more food range but in covid times I understand things are a little pared back. Clean and hygienic with lots of sanitisation options around.

Lovely clean hotel whose staff are working hard to look after their guests during a difficult time. Great rooms with comfy beds set in a nice quiet location. Special thank you to Dorin (hope I spelt it correctly) who looked after us on our first night. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you to all the staff, you're great !

Só precisávamos de um lugar para passar a noite depois de um longo dia no sul. Chegamos bem tarde, mas ainda assim fomos recebidos com um biscoito quentinho.Recomendo usar o app hilton, você pode fazer o check in, escolher o quarto e só precisa ir à recepção para uma verificação.O quarto era espaçoso, a cama era confortável e tivemos uma boa noite de sono. Há uma TV e comodidades usuais. Não havia nenhum mini-frigorífico, o que teria sido útil.Nós não tomamos um café da manhã, então não podemos comentar.O estacionamento custa £ 5 para os hóspedes.

Solo necesitábamos un lugar para pasar la noche después de un largo día en el sur. Llegamos bastante tarde, pero aún así nos recibieron con una galleta caliente.Recomiendo usar la aplicación hilton, puede registrarse, elegir la habitación y solo necesita ver la recepción para una verificación.La habitación era espaciosa, la cama era cómoda y dormimos muy bien. Hay una televisión y las comodidades habituales. Sin embargo, no había mini nevera, lo que habría sido útil.No desayunamos, así que no puedo comentar.El aparcamiento cuesta £ 5 para los huéspedes.

We just needed a place for the night after a long day in the south. Arrived quite late, but we were still welcomed with a warm cookie.I do recommend using the hilton app, you can check in, choose the room and you just need to see reception for a verification.The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and we had a very good sleep. There is a tv and usual amenities. There was no mini fridge though, which would have been handy.We did not have a breakfast, so cannot comment.Parking is £5 for guests.

Lugar limpo e muito confortável para ficar. Os serviços são reduzidos devido ao COVID-19, mas há um Asda logo ao longo da estrada se você precisar de lanches ou suprimentos. Muito conveniente para Eastleigh e áreas circundantes. Os cookies do Hilton são sempre um deleite agradável no momento do check-in e todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Arrumação foi a pedido durante a nossa estadia, mas não é um grande problema para nós. Com certeza ficaria aqui novamente 👍

Clean and very comfortable place to stay. Services are reduced due to COVID-19, but there's an Asda just along the road if you need snacks or supplies. Very convenient for Eastleigh and surrounding areas. The Hilton cookies are always a nice treat upon check-in and all staff were very friendly. Housekeeping was by request during our stay, but not a big deal for us. Would definitely stay here again 👍

Eu fotografei um casamento aqui e não era apenas um local adorável, mas a equipe foi fantástica. As salas de arrumação eram lindamente iluminadas e espaçosas, permitindo que várias pessoas se aprontassem com cabeleireiros e maquiadores, e eu para me mover e tirar fotos. O terreno tem vários locais que permitem fotos de grupo e algumas fotos deslumbrantes de casais. Mais uma vez, não posso culpar a equipe, pois eles foram muito atenciosos.A sala da cerimônia estava deslumbrante com o teto coberto de luzes, criando uma atmosfera muito romântica.

Fotografié una boda aquí y no solo fue un lugar encantador, sino que el personal fue fantástico. Las habitaciones para prepararse eran muy luminosas y espaciosas, lo que permitía que varias personas se prepararan con peluqueros y maquilladores, y que yo me moviera y tomara fotografías. Los terrenos tienen varios lugares que permiten fotos grupales y algunas impresionantes tomas de parejas. Una vez más, no me puedo quejar del personal, ya que fueron muy atentos.La sala de ceremonias era impresionante con el techo cubierto de luces, lo que creaba una atmósfera muy romántica.

I photographed a wedding here and not only was it a lovely location, but the staff were fantastic. The rooms for getting ready were beautifully light and spacious, allowing for a number of people to get ready with hair and makeup artists, and me to move around and take pictures. The grounds have various places that allow for group photos and some stunning couples shots. Again, I can't fault the staff as they were very attentive.The ceremony room was stunning with their ceiling covered in lights, it made for a very romantic atmosphere.

Very nice hotel resort with good amenities. The rooms are capacious and very clean. The hotel is well kept, with excellent house keeping. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was average with not many options, eggs and cheese with some pastries. The restaurant was not good, we had steak and it was not good. The hotel is not near to downtown area and you need to take bus or taxi to go down town. There is no shops or restaurants near by. The hotel is very near to Southampton airport .
