“The hotel is beautiful, fresh and modern. It feels like a very recently updated or built hotel. I was impressed by the quality of the room features and the excellent craftsmanship in putting it all together. Our room was spotless. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The one feature we missed was the ability to have breakfast without leaving the hotel. Regardless, we were very happy with our stay. We would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again ourselves. Thank you!”

“I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The experience was terrible. I give 2-star instead of 1 simply because the receptionist was trying to be helpful, although there was little they can do. Day 1: - Checked in and found out the room has 2 air vents on the ceiling with strong air flow that makes very loud hissing noise. It cannot be turned off at all, even if I turn off the AC completely. - The shower has water leakage that sprays water all over the bathroom floor and the ceiling (see video 1). - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided, but the conditioner and body wash are locked. So only shampoo can be used. Day 2: - Requested to change room. The room provided turns out to be uncleaned with dirty sheets and towels on the floor. Looks like they didn't clean the room after the last guests checked out (see video 2). - Requested to change room again. This time the receptionist tried to find a proper room, but told us the air vent noise issue exist in ALL rooms. So I ended up with choosing one room with slightly lighter noise. But still it was very hard to fall asleep. - The receptionist said that many rooms don't have heat, so there were not too many options we can choose from. - The closet door in the new room is broken. - The room entrance door is very hard to open. Day 3: - The room key stopped working. Clearly the receptionist gave only one day access to the room when I changed room on Day 2. Overall the hotel is in a convenient location, but the facility has a lot of problems and management is messed up.”
