“Excellent hotel in the centre of Madrid, convenient for the Prado and other sights. Good value for a five star hotel when booked direct, although the breakfast seemed expensive in comparison and we simply went out. Reception were friendly and you are greeted with a glass of Cava and there are sweets for those with a sweet tooth. Room was comfortable and the bathroom clean with good facilities.”
