“Maybe the best all-inclusive we’ve been to! Beautiful resort, more modern than tropical. The food was excellent everywhere. The gym was gorgeous. The service was AMAZING! Seamless check in, great butler service, every employee went above and beyond. Samuel and Miguel at the Sugar Reef bar and Isaac at the Sea Salt Grill! I love trying new resorts but we will definitely be coming back to this one!”

“Overall, this resort is great. The food was excellent at every restaurant we tried and the service was incredible.
We booked a room in the preferred club. It was nice having our own pool area, a couple bars and a butler that was available most of the time. Our butlers, Yuri and Sandra, were awesome and kept us informed of daily activities around the resort.
We spent most of our time on the beach directly in front of the resort. The sand was soft and the water was super clear. The wait staff on the beach, especially Alberto and Roberto, were great and always kept our glasses full.
There are vendors walking through the beach selling their wares or offering para-sailing. Most of them were friendly, even if you told them no. We did find a couple of deals with the older vendors and were happy to spend money with them.
If you are looking for a quiet, couples getaway this is the place to be. There isn't as much going on here as some other resorts in the area but they do offer some nightly activities.
I would highly recommend Secrets The Vine for anyone just looking for a low-key vacation with great food and beautiful scenery.”
